So good and clean with the good sea view. I think everything is good.

3성급 호텔이 맞는지 의문스러운 호텔이었습니다. 싱글룸이라서 그런지 룸상태가 엉망이었구요 단 하나 조식만 괜찮았네요

방에 와이파이가 안되고.. 냉장고도 없어서 불편했음.

호텔 내 엘레베이터가 없고 계단이 많아서 불편하고, 시설이 조금 오래된 점 말고는 다 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로 앞에 올드타운으로 가는 버스고 있고, 호텔 앞 프라이빗 비치가 있어서 좋습니다. 조식도 맛있어요.

Hotel is old and run down, the only nice part of it is the location oveviiewing the beautiful waters of the Croatian coast. The hallways are hot and dirty, I almost stepped on poop walking to my room. The in room air conditioning is noisy and barely cools. Bathroom is old and small. Paying over $200 a night for this dump in an insult. There is construction across the street that makes the location quite noisy. It would have been much better to stay at a much cheaper B&B in old town.

Loved proximity to beach! Staff very nice, room was very welcoming.

The location of the property is absolutely stunning. The hotel is old and a bit outdated but that can easily be forgiven due it's great location. A lovely quiet part but near enough if one was looking for more to do.

It was a nice location - you can easily take a bus from right in front of the hotel to the old town. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were nice.

Hotellet ligger veldig fint til med bussholdeplass rett utenfor døren, og i en nydelig bukt med mulighet for å gå rundt hele bukta med fine badeplasser og restauranter. Det var også en gate med restauranter i enden av bukta. Personalet var hyggelige å hjelpsomme, frokosten ok. Utearealene er veldig koselige. Rommene er slitt og det er veldig lytt så det var mye støy i gangene tidlig på morgenen. På hotellet har de en lunsjrestaurant hvor vi spiste en dag og aldri mer. Har aldri fått så dårlig mat så vi prøvde ikke igjen men fikk faktisk påspandert middag som kompensasjon noe som var realt gjort! Alt i alt hadde vi et fint opphold og man bor billig i forhold til alternativene ellers i bukta hvis du vil bo ved vannet.

O hotel é antigo, mas o quarto é bom, tem uma boa cama, bom chuveiro e ar condicionado. Secador de cabelo é fraco. Uma delícia tomar café da manhã na varanda em frente ao mar, a localização é boa em Lapad, mas para cidade velha é necessário ônibus. O ponto de ônibus é exatamente em frente ao hotel, então foi tranquilo.

Hotel três estrelas, excelente custo-benefício. Destaca-se pela variedade e qualidade do buffet de café da manhã e do jantar. Localização privilegiada, praia exclusiva, considero a melhor de Lapad. Funcionários muito atenciosos e eficientes. Bar e terraços de primeira . Linda vista. Por do sol magnífico. Faz falta um frigobar nos quartos.

A 3 star hotel with amazing sea views from the balconies, restaurants, and their own very long Beach Front property, You've got to love it!!! You can watch the sunset over the water from the beach, the bar, or your own balcony. A short walk from a street, that is closed to cars, lined with restaurants, shops and a children's playground, which is up from the public beach. Easy to get to the old city by a public bus that stops right in front of the hotel. It also has a great breakfast buffet included with the price of the room. Away from the hectic old city, I thought it was a great find for Dubrovnik .

If you are booking this hotel solely for the location, you won’t be disappointed—it sits right on beautiful Lapad Bay. The staff are also absolute gems; everyone we encountered was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The cleaning staff, in particular, deserve a medal. They work incredibly hard to keep the linen, towels, and rooms as clean as humanly possible, but they are fighting a losing battle. You simply cannot clean "old." The carpets are heavily stained and need a complete replacement, and the showers are severely outdated and desperately need to be ripped out and replaced. The physical state of this property is completely run down and unmaintained. There is no lift, so be prepared for all stairs—depending on your room, you could potentially be hauling your heavy suitcases up six grueling flights of stairs with zero assistance. On a positive note, once you finally drag yourself to the room, the mattress is surprisingly comfortable, and the smart TV with working Netflix was a great touch for winding down in the evening. To the owners: stop relying entirely on your amazing location and hard-working staff to carry this business. You need to either knock this building down and rebuild, or shut it down for a massive modernisation. ​Pros: Fantastic Lapad Bay location, wonderfully friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great smart TV/Netflix. Cons: No lift (6 flights of stairs), stained carpets, outdated showers, entirely unmaintained.

Lovely room, staff couldn't have been more helpful, just a lovely stay

Bathroom had lots of black mold and wasn’t cleaned fully between guests. To use the pool you have to pay, to use the beach chairs, you have to pay. I was surprised these amenities were not included for guests. Prices are also based on two, so it’s a terrible price for solo travellers.

The hotel is in a great location, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable beds. The breakfast was also very good with lots of options. The hotel itself is a bit tired and could use some updating, but everything was clean and well maintained. Overall a pleasant stay and good value for money.

The view is stunning and access to the beach is great. Hotel is a bit dated but generally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the bar wasn't open late (it was slightly out of season but...) and it didn't seem possible to get a bottle of wine or something from reception. It would have been lovely to sit out on the terrace later after dinner with a bottle of wine. If you don't like steps don't come here, there are no lifts and lots of steps. The view is fantastic though.

The breakfest was very good and the staff were great and helpful. Love how everything was close, like the bus station, many restaurants and more.
