Our room ready as soon as we got there before the 3pm.check in time. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money. Beds were very comfortable. Decoration and furnishings in public and private areas were very tasteful.

Friendly staff. Good location. Poor hotel condition as had to change the room three times. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and second bed was placed under a wall desk and hanging lamp. Third room was an upgrade but stayed there for a day. Had to leave early in the morning and they were going to provide breakfast box, but they didn’t.

Good location for many sites. No fridge in room- and unable to find ice anywhere. Breakfast was good- gentleman at the front of the breakfast was very sweet. I found the whole lobby area smelled like smoke.

Requested a feather free room when booking. Confirmed a week before check in that the room would be feather free. Hotel confirmed. At check in asked again that the room was feather free. Hotel staff confirmed. My friend started to have a reaction so we went looking for feathers. Two of the four pillows were feathers. Picture of tag provided. My friend had a dangerous allergic reaction and a terrible nights sleep because of this mistake. When we called the front desk they told us there were no feathers in the hotel anywhere. We were looking at the tag so we knew they were wrong. Staff came and got the pillows but made no apologies for the mistake. At check out, we asked again about the pillows. Staff again denied the presence of feathers in our room so we showed them the picture. It was only now their tune changed. They combed our breakfast bill but the whole situation could have been a lot worse. People who are allergic to feathers should not stay here.

The bathtub should be replaced with a flat shower floor. The bathtub is too narrow, making it very easy to lose balance and fall. There is also interference from a large towel holder and the handle bar is too low to use when standing and taking a shower. As it is, the bathtub is dangerous. Even though I used the hotel website to request room cleaning for two specific days, no one came. Instead a person came on a day when I had removed the do not disturb sign, but she did not clean the toilet. The breakfast area needs to be much more user-friendly and this mean ergonomics. There are no counters to place one’s plate or cup while getting the food. The scrambled eggs are very bland and tasteless. The coffee is horribly weak and has almost no taste; this includes the espresso-need roughly TWICE the amount of coffee in both the filter and the espresso, to have them taste decent; as they are made now, it is brown water.

The staff are fabulous, they really make this hotel great. Superb service, knowledgeable and friendly. Lobby, room and facilities were clean and comfortable and just what we wanted and needed. Great location for transport, breakfast and orher meals and central for a lot of the places we wanted to go. I will come back to this hotel for sure. Lovely stay and great four days in Copenhagen.

We only had one night stay here & were flying back to the US the following morning. The property was very nice, close to Tivoli Gardens. The staff was friendly, however did not acknowledge or give any VIP benefits from Expedia despite my emails & messages. Our room was spacious and clean, but the air conditioner was broken and blowing hot air. The windows only opened a crack so it got very hot and it was difficult to sleep. There was also construction and noise going on right below our room through the night. The staff sent someone to check, who agreed the air conditioning was not working. They said there was no other room that could accommodate us unfortunately. In the morning I asked for compensation in the way of free breakfast -which they agreed to.

There is simply no service. Not a single smile. The hotel is worn, dusty, some walls broken and in less than appealing area. We ended up checking out after staying only one night. When trying to take our luggage back to lobby we had to uncomfortably try to walk between at least 4-5 trolleys full of dirty blankets, and cleaning tools. The cleaners would pass next to us carrying laundry without even saying “sorry”, “after you” or a simple “good morning”. Truly disappointing from A to Z. Not good value for money at all.

check in was fast. we arrived early and one room was ready. we were back to the hotel after lunch and they said the other room was ready, when we opened the door the room was not ready, it wasnt done yet! i simply dont understand how they can make such simple mistake. however; one of the rooms AC wasnt working and it was having some weird noise all night long. i called in the morning 10am, some FO guy picked up and said someones on the way; i waited 15mins and nobody showed up; i rang again and the guy finally arrived 10mins later. he claimed it was the AC and he said he could fix it. after a day out, the noise was still there when i was back to the hotel. They finally offered us a new room. it was a horrible experience.
