インペリアル ホテル

ホテルのまわりはあまり綺麗ではありません。建物は古くエレベーターが狭かったのですが、それ以外は改装されて現代的な内装でした。部屋に冷蔵庫がない点とバスルームのドアがしっかり閉まらない点がマイナスです。それから清掃を希望する場合はQRコードを読み込んで連絡する必要があるのも外国人には面倒でした。

We could enjoy the variations of breakfast goods. The inside environment is very comfortable and nice.

Hotel was 10 mins walk from the train station. Clean and spacious room. Staff friendly and helpful.

The AC did not work well. The staff came to clean the filter which was very dirty but even that did not help.

A very average property and very average experience. For the price charged not considered great value for money

Overordnet var opholdet rigtig godt, det eneste minus var vores ekstra opredning, man sov virkelig dårligt på fold ud sengen, man kunne mærke alle fjedre og den var meget hård.

Friendly staff. Good location. Poor hotel condition as had to change the room three times. Air conditioning wasn’t working. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and second bed was placed under a wall desk and hanging lamp. Third room was an upgrade but stayed there for a day. Had to leave early in the morning and they were going to provide breakfast box, but they didn’t.

Good location for many sites. No fridge in room- and unable to find ice anywhere. Breakfast was good- gentleman at the front of the breakfast was very sweet. I found the whole lobby area smelled like smoke.

Requested a feather free room when booking. Confirmed a week before check in that the room would be feather free. Hotel confirmed. At check in asked again that the room was feather free. Hotel staff confirmed. My friend started to have a reaction so we went looking for feathers. Two of the four pillows were feathers. Picture of tag provided. My friend had a dangerous allergic reaction and a terrible nights sleep because of this mistake. When we called the front desk they told us there were no feathers in the hotel anywhere. We were looking at the tag so we knew they were wrong. Staff came and got the pillows but made no apologies for the mistake. At check out, we asked again about the pillows. Staff again denied the presence of feathers in our room so we showed them the picture. It was only now their tune changed. They combed our breakfast bill but the whole situation could have been a lot worse. People who are allergic to feathers should not stay here.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, die Lage ist top und wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken ohne Aufpreis zu bezahlen. Allerdings hatten wir mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers zu kämpfen, an 3 Tagen Übernachtung wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal sauber gemacht oder etwas aufgefüllt, nachdem wir 1 mal gefragt hatten wurden uns Handtücher gebracht aber für den Preis und dieser Länge an Aufenthalt finde ich das etwas schwierig

Big, quite boring hotel with small rooms

L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé ! Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds ! Plein de restaurants et boutiques à quelques pas. Chambre propre et calme ! Buffet du petit déjeuner très bien !

Our room ready as soon as we got there before the 3pm.check in time. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money. Beds were very comfortable. Decoration and furnishings in public and private areas were very tasteful.

Lobby à rafraîchir, dommage d’avoir les poubelles de tris devant l’ascenseur. Chauffage au sol dans la salle de bain est une catastrophe pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de circulation sanguine. Chambre standard relativement spacieuse et moderne
