Magic Beach Hotel Hurghada

The staff were vary courteous.

Very basic Pool was ridiculous Beach (could not really have a swim too shallow ) Food average

It was very poor experience, staff was great, but hotel was not as expected and wouldn't stay anymore there.

There is nothing magic here. The reception staff are extremely incompetent and lack any customer service skills - I emailed twice in advance to ask about an airport pick up or to advise what we should pay for a taxi and they acknowledged they read it and ignored it. You need towel cards for the beach but reception won’t offer you them when you check in because ‘not everyone uses the beach when staying’. Whilst trying to relax on the beach - you are disturbed constantly by sales people , I was holidaying with my mum and Micheal from the spa insisted her face was too hairy and he must thread it to make her more beautiful, and then kept coming over every hour repeating himself- and knocking her self esteem - until I told him directly he is rude and to leave us alone. If you are a Middle Aged German couple - as seem to be the main clientele there - you will probably enjoy but as a 30 year old western women I was harassed by bar staff and shop staff constantly, them following me, refusing to give me drinks unless I told them back ‘I like them ‘ and just generally making me feel so uncomfortable. The only saving grace of this hotel is the restaurant staff who were very nice and the view from the room. The room was clean but if you are larger you would struggle to get into the shower between the sink and shower door as it’s poorly designed. Hurghada is beautiful and worth doing a boat trip to snorkel but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the AC not working. I let the staff know but nothing was done
