Palm Pyramids

The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, responding promptly to any requests. Breakfast is served daily by the chef, and you can choose to enjoy it in your room or on the rooftop. From both the rooftop and some rooms, you can view the Pyramids of Giza. The walk to the Pyramids is approximately 15–20 minutes. For tourists, note that the hotel is monitored with security cameras, ensuring room safety. Before showering, remember to turn on the water heater. Bring your own bar of hand soap. Room cleaning, fresh bath towels, and toilet paper are available upon request. The room is equipped with a heater/AC and a refrigerator, but does not have a microwave.

Enjoying breakfast with that incredible view of the pyramids was an unforgettable experience. I can't wait to come back, and I highly recommend this mini-hotel

Haber no se como empezar , empiezo por lo positivo, nos fueron a buscar a el aeropuerto y el chico que nos recogió fue super amable mohamed, siempre nos habló , estuvo preocupado de nosotros y me sentí super segura con el, cuando llegamos al hotel por fue se venía súper deteriorado, afuera de la calle horrible,sucia, etc. Nos ofrecieron tours , en la noche fui a crucero y lo pasamos super bien con el guía, Wallid, el estuvo con nosotros todo el tiempo , nos sacó fotos nos agarró la comida nos conversó todo el viaje , nos hizo sentir que si valió la pena lo que pagamos . Al siguiente día queríamos hacer otro tour no pasaron otra guía , era mujer , no me recuerdo el nombre pagamos 120 dólares por 4 horas. Ella estuvo todo el tiempo adentro de nosotros no nos esperaba, nos habl poco , no ofreció nada de fotos ella quería irse rápido de los lugares , me sentí estafada , ya que el tours 120 era solo por ella y el conductor , es decir los ticket a los museos lo pagamos nosotros , teníamos otro día de reserva y decidimos irnos por lo mismo, ya que mi esposo habló y no nos dijeron nada , yo esperaba un reembolso, pero en fin nos fuimos y no pedimos el reembolso de la noche que supuestamente nos íbamos a Quedar espero nos devuelvan el dinero, si vas a hi trata de orientarte con. La información de guías , el ruido de la calle es espantoso es casi imposible de dormir, lleva algo para tus oídos, ya que es una calle ocuparíamos, lo positivo es que eras cerca de las pirámides ,

Heartfelt thanks to Ahmed Bayomy and his team for taking care of every detail of my journey. At 3 a.m., after a delayed flight, they were there to pick me up, welcoming me with a perfectly organized suite… and a direct view of the pyramids. This hotel is not part of a commercial chain. It is an authentic space that invites you to experience the human essence of a true Egyptian community, far from tourist stereotypes. Here you don’t come to find the comforts of home or your familiar dishes; you come to open yourself to local life, to embrace simplicity and reality. Each morning, instead of city noise, I listened to the sound of horses trotting past my window a rhythm of life you rarely experience in Europe or the West. Each sunrise, I found my space to meditate and practice yoga facing the ancient pyramids. I traveled alone as a woman, and at all times I felt safe, respected, and warmly cared for. And to close with magic: an afternoon facing the pyramids… where even Ahmed ended up singing!

The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside it’s very nice. The rooftop terrace is very comfortable and offers dreamlike views. The service is top-notch, with excellent attention from the staff. I would definitely come back.

They force you into buying tours .

Great place to stay we arrived late and I did a mistake during booking I closed wrong day . Staff were very professional they resolved issue in no time . Rooms are very clean and stylish the view from our room was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us they even had milk ready for my daughter. Staff is amazing and they are ready to help with any need . Thanks to Mr Mahmoud at front desk . Breakfast crew was amazing as well they brought breakfast to our room

The hotel is truly beautiful, very clean, well cared for, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The highlight is without any doubt the magnificent, breathtaking view of the Pyramids, which you can enjoy directly from the hotel. Waking up and seeing such an important part of history right in front of you is something you will never forget. What makes this place even more special is that it is family-run. The owners and staff are incredibly kind, friendly, always smiling, respectful, and genuinely caring. You immediately feel at home, treated not like guests, but like family. They are wonderful people with big hearts. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to experience the history, culture, and magic of Giza and Egypt. This is not just a hotel, but a place full of soul, culture, and authenticity. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a special, memorable stay near the Pyramids. El servicio de comida es muy tardado

La localisation de l’hébergement avec la terrasse sur le toit fabuleux. Le reste est très moyen. La chambre est conforme aux image du site. Le reste est très moyens. Les attentes du petit-déjeuner est très variables. Ne corresponds pas aux petit déjeuner continentales. Personnels sympathique.

Todo el personal es muy amable y atento...me encanto quedarme en ese hotel lo recomiendo
