Had an issue with the sea excursions provider in the property. Was resolved by hotel management.

Pools, Sea, Staff

First, the food and drinks were amazing! And night shows are fun. I like the reception style very much. But I was sad that there wasnt any pools taller than 130 cm.

Nice vacation , the breakfast was poor but the Dinner and lunch was excellent , they charge me extra by claimed that the children over 4 years consider adult there was no flexibility while check in and the reception staff was un professional at all , I think this hotel was over rated and not good value for money

Food was so bad in quantity and quality

We had an excellent holiday with a family and 2 small kids. The rooms are spacious. The hotel is very clean, well kept, the swimming pool was huge. We liked the food that varied a lot and it was tasty and the selection was amazing. The sweets/deserts section was a little bit small and repetitive, but that was not a problem at all for us (trying to prevent kids from eating sweets all the time). All the staff was extremely helpful and polite. There was a disco dancing every night. I would definitely return to this resort.

My stay at the Albatros Palace was a bit of a mixed bag. I suppose I have a overall neutral review and would probably try another resort if I came back to Hurghada. Remember, Egyptian standards aren’t what they are in Europe but the prices are much cheaper! Pros: • Cleanliness: Rooms and facilities are very clean • Room: Spacious room with a nice balcony and large king sized bed • Food: Plentiful food (though bland and repetitive), at least one place to eat is almost always open • Staff: Friendly staff that spoke English • Location: Good location about 20 minutes from bus station and airport • Quiet: Entertainment and noise ended promptly at 11pm every night • Sales: Excursion sales team wasn’t too aggressive. I was only approached twice (though I listen to headphones when I sit by pool) • Chairs: I always found a good pool chair or daybed Cons: • Internet; Intermittent wifi speeds, no connection inside room • Insects: Flies around pools and beach and mosquitoes on balcony at night • Plumbing: No hot water for shower (I had to request plumber visit to fix) • Service: Requested departure taxi to airport but received more expensive car service • Drink Service: The few times that I ordered a drink at the pool it took so long to arrive that I had already gone back to my room (I learned to just go to the bar and order my drink directly)

Good scenery and beach....friendly staff It,s wonderful resort

Our stay was good .. + very big hotel clean and organized free wifi at the lobby good food but no varities - the beach not good u have to walk too much to do any thing and at last recepition guys are rude

The hotel has lots of fun things to do like the water slides, sea, pool, games, pool bar ... etc. The quality of liqueur is VERY bad. The food also is lower than expected.

Very nice stay at the Albatros Palace. The hotel is for mass tourism (600 rooms) but the service is very good and personalized. The rooms are spacious and clean, although almost none of the standard rooms acually have a sea view. The food is not extraordinary but diverse and everyone should find something they like.The pool and the outdoor area are amazing (although the water is a bit cold at this time of year)- would be great if the pool around the pool bar could be heated as well.

Nous avons été déçu par les restaurants,tres très bruyants,n offrant aucune intimité. Buffet identiques pendant 7 jours,n offrant aucune généralité. Si on n aime pas les pâtisseries orientales,on mange pomme,poire,banane etc…pas de possibilité de laitages le midi et le soir. Jamais de glace Dans notre chambre nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude 6 jours sur 7 Ne mérite pas son classement C est la première fois que nous étions contents de rentrer chez nous
