Tout s'est tres bien passé. Un petit flop pour les animations, il faut faire des efforts pour rattraper la concurrence. Sinon le séjour a été excellent.

Nous avons été déçu par les restaurants,tres très bruyants,n offrant aucune intimité. Buffet identiques pendant 7 jours,n offrant aucune généralité. Si on n aime pas les pâtisseries orientales,on mange pomme,poire,banane etc…pas de possibilité de laitages le midi et le soir. Jamais de glace Dans notre chambre nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude 6 jours sur 7 Ne mérite pas son classement C est la première fois que nous étions contents de rentrer chez nous

We had an amazing holiday at Pickalbatros in Egypt! Everything was perfectly organized and the atmosphere was truly great. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mohamed Eid and his manager – both super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spotless, thanks to Ali Sayed, who did an excellent job keeping everything clean and fresh every day – nothing to complain about at all. The animation team was also very friendly and created a fun, relaxed vibe throughout the resort. The only downside was that we were often approached while relaxing on our sunbeds with offers for excursions, massages, etc. Luckily, we solved that easily by using a red flag, which worked perfectly for some peace and quiet. Big compliments as well to the young man who brought us ice-cold drinks every day at our sunbeds – not an easy job when it’s over 40°C outside. Really impressive and much appreciated! The food was absolutely delicious and varied – something for everyone. In short: a wonderful vacation, made special by the amazing staff. We will definitely come back!

On vient de passer des vacances INCROYABLES dans cet hotel. Un accueil chaleureux, du personnel d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, un cadre magnifique pour passer de bonnes vacances lorsqu’on recherche du soleil en février. Certes il faut un gilet tôt le matin et le soir mais en journée la chaleur était au rendez-vous. J’étais venue il y a 20 ans en Égypte ( croisière sur le Nil) mais jamais en hôtel tout compris. La propreté et l’entretien de l’hôtel ( chambre, partie communes et espaces verts) m’ont agréablement surpris. Et que dire de la qualité de la Nourriture !!! Un pur DÉLICE !! Un pur RÉGAL !! On s’est régalé tous les jours !! J’ai mangé le meilleur kefta et chawerma de ma vie ! Et je ne comprends pas ces gens qui viennent manger des frites et des pâtes ! Les plats sont variés, frais et savoureux! Tous les jours!! Rien que pour la nourriture je serais capable de revenir à chaque vacances. D’ailleurs je programme déjà les prochaines. Et ceux qui vous diront « on mange mal en Égypte » sont des menteurs Il n’y a pour moi, qu’un seul point négatif : les cocktails qui pourraient être nettement améliorés ( mais c’est un grain de sable en comparaison au reste). Nous en avons profité pour faire 1 excursion à Louxor pour visiter les Incontournables et on finira notre séjour par 3j au Caire.

Hotel un peu austère et froid. Le personnel est blasé et les cocktails imbuvables. Grande piscine chauffée récif de corail pour le snorkeling et buffet excellent.

Das Hotel war sehr gut die Betten sehr bequem, wir hatten sehr viel Spaß.

Das Hotel ist nicht mal 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Mahmoud Gomaa hat dafür gesorgt, dass unser Zimmer sauber war und immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und nicht so aufdringlich, wie wir es befürchtet hatten. Ahmed Abo Elmed zum Beispiel, hat immer für gute Laune gesorgt. Ein anderer Kellner vom Sky Restaurant ist sogar ins untere Restaurant gegangen, um mir eine Banane zu holen! Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wie es halt so ist bei diesen Buffets darf man aber keine Haute Cusine erwarten. Die à la carte Restaurants sind alle sehr zu empfehlen. Das Menü ist bei den meisten fix (als keine Auswahl) aber wirklich lecker! Das Anomationsprogramm war ausgedünnt. Hatte nur 3 Animator*innen, die sehr nett waren. Ich habe besonders das Streching und Yoga mit Sam genossen. Die Musik, die am Pool lief war echt gut. Das Meer ist herrlich und es rät sich an Taucherbrillenund Schnorchel mitzunehmen oder vor Ort zu kaufen, um die Hausriffe bewundern zu können. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Hotel wieder besuchen.

Magnifique hôtel staff formidable et professionnel au niveau de la reception,restauration et netoyage surtout ahmed au niveau de la clinique et ali pour le netoyage des chambres, restauration bonne belle piscine et très belle plage vraiment je recommande l'hotel

Im Großen Ganzen ein super Hotel. Waren bereits 2017 da und jetzt 2024 wieder. Vom Zustand des Hotels haben die 7 Jahre zwischen den Besuchen keine Verschlechterungen ergeben. Anlage sehr gepflegt und der Poolbereich ist einfach Erstklassig und riesengroß. Zusätzlich darf man den Aquapark vom Nachbarhotel nutzen. Vom Stand ins Wasser gehen ist aufgrund der Steine im Wasser etwas schwierig. Es gibt aber für die Schnorchler einen langen Steg ins tiefere Wasser. Die Auswahl des Essens könnte etwas besser sein, aber geschmacklich immer sehr gut und das Servicepersonal ist einfach eine 1 mit *

Pools, Sea, Staff

First, the food and drinks were amazing! And night shows are fun. I like the reception style very much. But I was sad that there wasnt any pools taller than 130 cm.

Nice vacation , the breakfast was poor but the Dinner and lunch was excellent , they charge me extra by claimed that the children over 4 years consider adult there was no flexibility while check in and the reception staff was un professional at all , I think this hotel was over rated and not good value for money
