The facilities, gardens and beach were beautiful. The availability and variety of restaurants and bars were excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The allinclusive food and drinks were excellent in variety and quality, there was something for everyone and it was all delicious. The family room was comfortable for a family of 4, clean and well serviced, and the staff created a peacock out of towels and flowers on our bed on one of the days which we loved! What could be better was that the room and bathroom was a little dated and could do with refurbishment.

probably the best reef in Sharm - right in the middle of Ras Um Sid natural park; wide variety of food, very fresh and delicious buffet; nice and clean territory, vast and cozy rooms; great animation stuff, especially Karina, Victoria, Katia and Aliona children's animator! Great location - close to magical Farsha Cafe and il Mercato area with many European style cafés and restaurants. pretty nice gym with good fitness coach. Guys at the reception often were very helpful and managed to solve different issues. - to solve some issues at the reception usually takes a lot of time; the disco at the beach is something too loud and annoying; as it is the family concept hotel, sometimes it can be a little bit boring for young people.

Booked a sea view room with king size bed preference (instead of two separate twin beds) apparently they don’t even receive the info were it stays the preference. Not so welcoming staff, they argue between each other a lot to. Outdated rooms with furniture in bad conditions. Common areas like pools, restaurants gardens on the other hand are great. The beach is really nice also.
