We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. The dryer setting options are either really long drying times or a short one (1 hour) that gets hot. TIP: you have to wait ten minutes after turning off the power to open the door. Once the cycle is done, be sure to turn off the power on the unit. We would stay here again. The beds/pillows are comfortable. The towels are thick. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had a quiet room.

This place had the most comfortable bed of our entire 2.5 week trip. We had everything we needed, and anything we forgot, the staff provided gladly. They were friendly and recommended some local restaurants. The tube station is about a 9 minute walk, so we were able to get around with no issue. My only problem was figuring out how to use the washer/dryer combo. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and the towels were super soft! They even gave us slippers to wear in the room! Great place.

Our bathroom was basically unusable with the toilet completely tucked into a spot between the sink and walls. I expected a smaller bathroom but you couldn’t even use the amenities as intended. Also, the fridge did not work in our kitchenette. We complained and asked to move rooms but they said that all the rooms were booked. We honestly were so busy with our trip to fight them more on this but we also did not feel as if anyone else was even staying there. Otherwise, the neighborhood is in a convenient spot and generally the bedroom was fine.

The apartment across the street, where they sent me, is brand new and super clean. They claim it's sound proof but it is very noisy. I heard police and ambulance going through the street and people screaming all night. I also stumbled on a few syringes on the side walk while walking the area. The fact that the clerk specifically told me to double lock the front door at all times for my security was not very comforting either.

Perfect location for a concert at Emirates stadium. Small apartment but clean and perfect for one night. Double glazing kept out the road noise. Not black out curtains so quite light in the morning. Good price for the postcode. 10 mins walk from nearest tube.

This was a great find for the price we paid. It is definitely outside of the city but maybe a 10 minute walk to underground and we never felt unsafe. The room itself was small but clean. Our bathroom was also small but did the job. It came with a kitchen area that we didn’t even take advantage of but definitely nice to have if you wanted to have stuff in the fridge. It had a well functioning air unit. We were on the 1st floor but the stairs were not bad to get luggage up and down.

Really lovely property with kitchen, very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Easy check in and friendly staff. Only thing to note hotel is on a very busy road and although there is triple glazing some road noise can be heard. Would definitely stay again.

Very happy overall.. A doormat would be such a good addition as it seemed a great shame to walk in with wet/ dirty shoes on the CLEAN tiled flooring. Lack of natural daylight in my room did not worry me, but may be significant for some. Everyone so very helpful & welcoming.

Met by a bubbly Brazilian (not sure we got her name). The room was very tidy and comfy and the bathroom very spacious. The kitchen was fully fitted, although we didn’t need to use it. Only coffee left in the room, so recommend tea bags as well!

It was adequate. No lift so be prepared to manage a suitcase up a flight or two of stairs. Washer/dryer combo was handy. Reception messaged via WhatsApp to check my arrival time. Very friendly and offered to mind the bags until check in time.

The bed and bedding was very comfortable and clean but there was a foul smell coming from the drains in the bathroom which meant the bathroom door was left open for ventilation (spreading it into the main room) and a noisy fan had to be on at all times. I did not feel particularly safe staying on my own due to being on the ground floor at back of the building with an unlocked external door right next to the room. It was however clean and had iron, hairdryer etc. Unfortunately no teabags or milk supplied, but there was a couple of bottles of water.
