It was amazing so relaxing and peaceful. The room was huge and the beds were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be recommending and will be booking again. Each room had it's own movie theme it was gorgeous.

The staff were amazingly helpful and the room was ok. The issue was that I went for work and I got practically no sleep. The staff moved me to a different room which helped a bit. If you are there to party it’s perfect but if you need sleep then avoid this hotel.

We were unable to stay in Liverpool on the Sunday night due to not being able to get into our accommodation on the Saturday evening. So it ruined our weekend and had to travel home.

Very large and generally well-equipped themed room with three double beds. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel location is very central in a lively part of the city and there is a large choice of places to eat and drink close by. One or two areas in the room and around the hotel were showing some wear and tear. There was almost no noise inside the hotel but as it is surrounded by clubs and bars noise from outside is inevitable. Overall good value.

Great location - near all the bars and restaurants in the centre. The rooms are a great size, the decor is fantastic. The only let down was the lighting, wasn't the best to get ready in so could be improved

Booked specifically for the hot tub in the room but it was out of service due to being too hot with no temperature dial and a faulty plug. Plugs were dangerously attached the the wall, the kettle was faulty and boiling all night, the drinks station was dirty and when I complained, I've been ignored. It's now 10 days later and I've not heard from management. Music was blasting from the club below until at least 4am. Receptionist Charlotte was extremely helpful but unfortunately was unable to offer any help other than an apology. I'm still attempting to speak to a manager to discuss some kind of compensation. A disappointing stay in what should have been a fantastic hotel

Room was dusty and not clean, were and teres, sctatches on floors an wall and staples annd screws sticking out of padded walls. Not fixed properly. Partner has asthma room was not up to standard and clean, mould in bathroom annd rust on towel rail. Staff were brilliant. Will not lete add photos
