A great overnight stay, perfect room and location with Eva in the reception been one of the most helpful and nicest receptionists I've had the pleasure of meeting. A credit to the hotel.

Good clean property good value for money

Fridge did not work. Floor was rotting, wallpaper falling off the wall with damp. Very unhelpful staff. Did not give me my ID back and won’t send it back to me unless I send them an envelope with postage on it. Wouldn’t recommend this.

Staff were great location great noisey till early hours but didnt bother us we will stay again 😊

Questionable cleanliness to say the least. The sink in the bathroom had no plug or insert, so the grime was clear to see all the way down the pipe. Both hot and cold taps were hot water, not great for brushing your teeth. Our party of 6 was moved from the first room as we were told it was very noisy by the staff, only to be put into another room directly above the nightclub underneath, that was open until 6am, the room literally shook, even causing the wardrobe doors to rattle. Decor fine, although all black and red, with poor lighting, so couldn't see a thing. One positive was that the staff were very friendly.

Went with a small group of lads for a stag weekend. Staff were very helpful, asked for help with a number of things and nothing was too much. Location is worth the price alone Yes it was lively, yes it’s a party feel hotel so yes it ticked all the boxes for us. Would stay again

Fantastic rooms and service

Stayed here for one night. Overall everything was OK but I was not aware of the nightclub directly across from our room. The windows provide no soundproofing and as a result I got very little sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room wasn’t up to standard with several loose light fittings and sockets. Shower was broken and bathroom was soaked when shower was used. The worst part was extremely loud music being played until 6am which vibrated he floorboards it was that noisy. Positive was clean beds but very basic Not recommended unless you intend to stay out to early hours.

Really lovely rooms, central and cheap parking available close by. It is a little loud at night due to the bars outside but this was not a problem for us

We were really only there to sleep as we were in Liverpool for football. But the room was huge, the beds very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great Location and would stay again.

Room was clean and tidy , only downfall imo was shower, as was wet room but water went away from hole instead of other way , so toilet pretty flooded after shower
