The room was clean, the staff were all friendly & helpful. However, over 4 nights our bed was made once. Tea bags not replenished. Breakfast was amazing but some hot cooked tomatoes would have been nice. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London. Perfect place to start your day trips with three tube stations a short walk away. Very quiet hotel, very relaxing and amazing value for money

Staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were fantastic, spacious, comfy and stylish. The bed was so comfortable too. Shower was hot and refreshing. The breakfast buffet had lots of hot and cold food, catered to dietary requirements well, and was all delicious. Really welcoming environment. Thank you!

It was a miserable stay except for the nice man that checked us in and breakfast. We got a basement room right under reception and facing the street. Reception was loud and fairly late one night then early then next morning the cleaning staff dragged up many bags of trash right outside our window. Staff also made alot of noise in the hallway outside our room very early on a Sunday morning. My bed was lopsided and my back was extremely sore after sleeping in it and trying not to roll off. It was just miserable and for more money than I had spent on other hotels during our trip that were much MUCH better.
