一間可愛的精品酒店 靠近兩個地鐵站 分別是bayswater和queensway 交通方便 附近亦有很多超市和食店 酒店內部明顯重新装修翻新 房間雖然偏少但可接受 自助早餐十分豐富 餐廳的姐姐會不斷補给食物 值得一讚 唯一不理想是厠所的沖水水力不夠 每次都要按很多次

Nice little hotel. Though sleeping was hard( it ia very not sound proof and even my own earplugs didnt help

One female staff member was kind and helpful. The other staff member was not nearly as friendly or helpful as the other employee.

I only stayed one night, but i was allowed to check in early at no extra cost. I am also grateful for the elevator/lift as there are hotels with no lifts. The room was small but perfect for what i needed. Everything was great! Thank you 😁

Good basic hotel, clean and well maintained for London and the area. New towels, and size of room decent thanks to a free upgrade on arrival.

Perfect stay! The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The room had a good size bathroom, tv and wardrobe. For a short stay this hotel is perfect.

I made a last minute switch to this hotel when the original one I booked didn’t have AC on a 95 degree day. They let me check in early and even upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Super close to the tube and was exactly what I needed for a solo 24 hours in London. Would stay here again!

The location and the place is great. It had everything for the stay. The place is clean and the staff are attentive especially at the breakfast. The breakfast is good with both hot and cold variety. We stayed in room 208 and the air conditioning was working well but made a constant noise spoiling the sleep. 4/5 stars because of the AC noise.

Våran vistelse var väldigt trevlig! Personalen var väldigt trevlig och kunde erbjuda tidig incheckning vilket var väldigt bra! Rummet var väldigt mysigt med fin lite gammaldags inredning. Vi hade tv vilket var mysigt på kvällen, det ända som inte funkade för oss var att koppla mobilen till TVn men det gjorde inte så mycket i våran situation, de hade många kanaler man kunde kolla på. Frukosten var bra, en vanlig brittisk frukost med ägg, bröd av olika sort, yoghurt med olika smaker, kaffe, te och juice i olika smaker. Eftersom det var tidig utcheckning bad vi om att få lämna in våra väskor medan vi var ute på stan under dagen vilket var väldigt snällt. All personal var väldigt trevliga och välkomnande. Det var olika sköna sängar med flera kuddar dessutom. Det var också nära till tuben både till Bayswater och Queensway. Var också nära till olika matbutiker och restauranger. Jättemysigt att det var nära Kensington gardens med naturen så nära. Rekommenderar verkligen att stanna här om man besöker London under några dagar!

Very clean and quiet with a good breakfast. Good location for the tube and walks in Hyde Park. Would be happy to return.
