We stayed there for three nights. Overall, it was an okay experience. The room was clean, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. However, the first night was unbearably hot, and we couldn't sleep well even with the two fan were on. The other two nights were much more comfortable. The breakfast was good, but overall it was less than we expected. The pool was decent, although it looked quite old. Was easy to find car park which was really good. Overall, our stay was okay. I would give it 3 or 4 stars.

Hotel looks terrible, WIFI not working. Inside the room very hot,not even a mini fridge to have at least some cold water. Very disappointed for a 3 star hotel and 160£ a night.

The hotel is ‘tired’ but good enough for the price. The restaurant closes at 7.30pm which seems about 3 hours too early. The bar closes at 10.30pm - also a little early. Comfortable bed but the rooms are very hot.

Could do with updating the rooms very old wardrobe and chest of drawers did not want to use as didn't look to clean. Need to replace carpets in staircase/landings. Inside door did not seem very secure. Ideally would have preferred to have 4 pillows on a double bed mattress was super hard. Balcony was nice large room staff was nice and a large car park

The room was so dirty and toilet aswell. And there was hair on the bed,even towels were not clean,there is no any facilities of ac or fan it’s too hot now and they don’t have anything, my experience was very very bad.

Reception and restraunt were clean and staff were very helpful however the room was dirty, dust, cobwebs dirt on the floor and in the bath, rubbish found from previous guests, not all lights working. Wallpaper pealing and dirt on the walls throughout, The room was very warm and very hard to sleep in as gap under main door and continued to open when others coming or going from other bedrooms

Parking around very big issue, carpets are furniture very tired, only 1 plug socket in main room so the fan provided was not use at all. Unfortunately had to leave a day early due to a family emergency and had paid for that night and breakfast the next morning, asked if there was anyway I could get a refund for the night and breakfast for my partner and myself. The reception said categorically no.👎

That was my worst nightmare: hotel staff not helpful, floor heating was kept on 24/7 while outside is +30, I fainted twice during my stay, and I was forced to sleep in the car. It's been 2 weeks, and still waiting for my refund for the days we didn't stay in the hotel. I had to book a last-minute hotel. I would give less than 1 star
