The room was amazing, and the staff were great.

Breakfasts are not free , everything else is out of this world . Expensive but you get what you pay for . Definately a stop over in the bucket list .

The staff are the most attentive Iv ever experienced only comment Iv got is the shower door seal was leaking so made the floor flood after a shower and I slipped when I got out

Such a hugely disappointing experience. Staying at Claridges was something we’d said we’d do for years but never got round to until now, an experience we’d looked forward too for a long long time. I’ll start by saying, we’re a mid 30’s couple from Glasgow with a 10 year old son. We are in London almost monthly for a couple of nights at a time, as we love the shops and restaurants of the greatest city on earth. Around 70% of the time we stay The Ritz, unless we want a spa and we use other hotels such as the Mandarin, the Londoner, Jumeirah etc etc. I was always under the impression Claridges main competitor was the Ritz. I couldn’t have been more wrong, it couldn’t lace the Ritz boots. It falls MILES short of the ritz standards on absolutely everything. Firstly check in, this was one of only two positives, the young Irish girl at check in desk was welcoming and wonderful, can’t fault her. Door staff were fine, nothing special, just fine. Unlike the ritz where you are made to feel a million dollars before you even step inside with the customary “welcome home”. Next up was the room, we had a “Mayfair suite”, not sure what makes it a suite, it was tiny, I’ve stayed in bigger Travelodge rooms. The decor was horrible, wooden everything, multiple different woods that simply don’t match. Only positive was an amazingly stocked minibar. Mattress and pillows were horrible, we both had a terrible sleep. It was also made very clear before the stay at booking originally and at check

Hands down the best service I have ever received at a hotel. The staff in every area were absolutely five stars. And, the hotel itself is truly stunning in every way. Can't wait to stay there again.

Perfection - service is extraordinary.

Every aspect of our stay was perfection. Excellent, friendly, helpful, professional service - bar none- from bellman to front desk to restaurant staff to cleaning staff, every Claridge staff member was fabulous & attentive. The Food was excellent - at the bar & the tea. It was my mother’s birthday & we were upgraded for the room + the hotel left a beautiful birthday welcoming not, chocolates & bottle of champagne. Our room was spacious & beautiful. Every detail perfect. Thank you, Claridges, for a truly wonderful, luxurious stay!

Beautiful Hotel and Incredible Staff!

Was exceptional !!

Claridges was superb from the doormen through reception, the restaurant service, the friedliness of all the staff and staff we met during our stay. I can only say impeccably service and attention to the finest detail an excellent stay.

Fabulous stay. The staff was over the top amazing. Rooms were wonderful - sparkling clean and modern. Had a lovely stay. It was one of our best hotel experiences.

Had to fill out my personal information even though I had stayed there two days earlier and have stayed there hundreds of days before. Staff checked me in and out under wrong name. Sent uto Dante's claiming the foyer was full-it was not. Dante's was more expensive, good and service were rubbish. Toilet and safe in room were broken. I loved Claridges and have always stayed there over the years. I will never stay there again.

As you would probably guess, our 2 day stay was absolutely amazing. This was our first time at Claridges. Everything was top notch, our room 521 was stunning, a massive room with a really good size balcony. Unfortunately it did rain alot, so we only managed a glass of wine on both evenings, overlooking 'The Smoke' Breakfast, lunch and dinners were stunning, and really good size food portions. It's not cheap, but, treat yourselves. Life's short. We have already started saving again for another visit. Hopefully it won't rain next time.

Our stay at Claridge’s was wonderful. Attentive staff, well-insulated rooms so you do not hear other guests, and a great location. We will be back!
