Had to fill out my personal information even though I had stayed there two days earlier and have stayed there hundreds of days before. Staff checked me in and out under wrong name. Sent uto Dante's claiming the foyer was full-it was not. Dante's was more expensive, good and service were rubbish. Toilet and safe in room were broken. I loved Claridges and have always stayed there over the years. I will never stay there again.

As you would probably guess, our 2 day stay was absolutely amazing. This was our first time at Claridges.
Everything was top notch, our room 521 was stunning, a massive room with a really good size balcony. Unfortunately it did rain alot, so we only managed a glass of wine on both evenings, overlooking 'The Smoke'
Breakfast, lunch and dinners were stunning, and really good size food portions.
It's not cheap, but, treat yourselves. Life's short.
We have already started saving again for another visit. Hopefully it won't rain next time.
