Shower was dirty and stained . Bed had a broken base Horrible customer service

Ok, did the job for the price. Bathroom in 1 room hadnt been cleaned and bed linen had stains.

My room was basically a glorified closet, which I didn't realize. The bed was really uncomfortable and lumpy, the service was essentially nonexistent. There was no air (but a giant fan) so I had to leave the windows cracked and I had a few bugs.They did replace my towel and take out my trash in-between days so that was nice. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay there again. The pictures are definitely deceiving.

is close to transportation and Westfield shopping center. The room could be cleaner.

We checked in and checked out on the same day because of the room had no air conditioning and no fan and located underground. The room had a bad smell. I stayed for about an hour and I felt extremely sick due to my asthma attack. The pictures are not true to what they offer. I spoke to the staff and they asked me to talk with hotel.com for the refund. And I have requested for the refund from the hotel.com but it takes long time for them to contact to the staff. It’s about four days+, still need to wait for another 48hours to confirm with the hotel. I am not sure if we can get our money back.

My shower stopped working mid shower and water did not come back on until almost 10minutes later and it was luke warm water.

It was cheap for one night, four of us stayed. The room was tidy but I wouldn't call it clean, carpet (which looked like an apprentice had fit it) and some of the furniture had some questionable marks on it. They've tried to make it look like an upmarket hotel but have come up short. The floorboards creaked, it was warm (a massive fan was provided), the place just felt like it needed a deep clean, the extractor fan in the bathroom was full of dust. It was OK for the price, we literally slept there and that was it, we wouldn't stay again.

Good value, basic hotel, that appears to be undergoing updating. Friendly healthy staff. I stayed in 2 rooms where the mattresses were not great. A lot of stairs if you get a room on higher floors.

Location was convenient, a 10 min to coffee shops, subway/tube and big shopping centre. However it is on a street where there is a police and fire station, and the noise of those emergency vehicles was super loud and would not let us sleep. The furniture is dated and the mattresses are awful, I’m still hurt from that. There is no AC and it was so hot during the night even with a fan. The guy at the reception was ok but got upset with me for asking for towels. It’s just ok if you don’t care for the items i just mentioned.

Practical for budged minded travelers

The hotel was okay, did not meet my expectation, stayed in the top floor. It was very dusty, I reckon that room was not used for a while and the window had so much dust and it was shedding into the bedding. And it was very hot as it was a top floor. They could do better with cleanliness.

It was very nice

Couldn't find anyone at reception. Got to the room and it was filthy. On check out guy was rude. We knocked on the reception door to hand key back and check out. He shouts through the closed door to leave it on a window ledge. Awful customer service.

The room was OK. Nothing special but on the larger side. The bed was comfortable and the other furnishing were fine. No air conditioning (I was in room 17) but there are 2 sky lights that open and a fan. The biggest problem was the shower. It is a corner style shower and has a small opening. I am 175 cm and 90 kg and getting into and out of the shower was a tight fit. Once inside the shower, there is no place to put soap or shampoo. Literally, nothing but the shower floor. The toile wasn't too far so I would put the shampoo there. I'd soap up and toss the soap into the sink before rinsing. I would book the hotel again but it isn't without some compromises.

No TV channels working

Servicably clean rooms with IKEA type furnishings. A great location to use as a homebase for exploring London. We found the 10 min walk to Hammersmith became our favorite route.
