Nice and very helpful manager,clean,near 2 station,in London Underground zone2, staff smile and warm

The location is good. The room is a bit small but acceptable. The wifi and breakfast are okay too. It is better than expected given the price I paid for.

I have booked the single room. The room may a bit small, however, I had a great experience with this nice department and environment. The hotel also provided breakfast meal service.

Shower was dirty and stained . Bed had a broken base Horrible customer service

Ok, did the job for the price. Bathroom in 1 room hadnt been cleaned and bed linen had stains.

My room was basically a glorified closet, which I didn't realize. The bed was really uncomfortable and lumpy, the service was essentially nonexistent. There was no air (but a giant fan) so I had to leave the windows cracked and I had a few bugs.They did replace my towel and take out my trash in-between days so that was nice. I would not recommend this place nor would I stay there again. The pictures are definitely deceiving.

For 2 nights it was ok

is close to transportation and Westfield shopping center. The room could be cleaner.

We checked in and checked out on the same day because of the room had no air conditioning and no fan and located underground. The room had a bad smell. I stayed for about an hour and I felt extremely sick due to my asthma attack. The pictures are not true to what they offer. I spoke to the staff and they asked me to talk with hotel.com for the refund. And I have requested for the refund from the hotel.com but it takes long time for them to contact to the staff. It’s about four days+, still need to wait for another 48hours to confirm with the hotel. I am not sure if we can get our money back.

My shower stopped working mid shower and water did not come back on until almost 10minutes later and it was luke warm water.

It was cheap for one night, four of us stayed. The room was tidy but I wouldn't call it clean, carpet (which looked like an apprentice had fit it) and some of the furniture had some questionable marks on it. They've tried to make it look like an upmarket hotel but have come up short. The floorboards creaked, it was warm (a massive fan was provided), the place just felt like it needed a deep clean, the extractor fan in the bathroom was full of dust. It was OK for the price, we literally slept there and that was it, we wouldn't stay again.

Good value, basic hotel, that appears to be undergoing updating. Friendly healthy staff. I stayed in 2 rooms where the mattresses were not great. A lot of stairs if you get a room on higher floors.

Pratique pour une famille de 5 et près des transports mais sans service de petit déjeuner. Heureusement, le frigo est utilisable pour mettre du lait et du jus de fruit au frais.

Well if they fix and renovate the floors so the noise from the rooms above disappears, maybe they can have a 2.8 in score. Throw in an a.c. then you are up to 3.2. If they consider to have a great working WiFi, they can make it to 3.7.

The area of the hotel is very nice. Close to public transportation, Restaurants etc. The room his very tiny for 4 Persons and very hot in the Summer.

Location was convenient, a 10 min to coffee shops, subway/tube and big shopping centre. However it is on a street where there is a police and fire station, and the noise of those emergency vehicles was super loud and would not let us sleep. The furniture is dated and the mattresses are awful, I’m still hurt from that. There is no AC and it was so hot during the night even with a fan. The guy at the reception was ok but got upset with me for asking for towels. It’s just ok if you don’t care for the items i just mentioned.
