Great hotel, reception staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, but they were still very courteous. Free parking and lovely spacious room. We didn’t have breakfast as heading out early for Heathrow, which is close by. Better than staying at an airport hotel

Room was very clean and spacious, hotel staff was very helpful and friendly and amenities were great! The town was only a 4-6 minute drive and there was plenty to see and do. Parking on site was easy, it was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in awhile; would definitely recommend for couples!

Always stay here when we fly in and out of Heathrow

Excellent service, staff very helpful and supportive, the room was tidy, clean and bed are very comfortable. The facilities are very good and breakfast if really good.

Lovely clean room. Breakfast was one on the best I had in ages, good quality and a very good variety.. staff couldn’t do enough for you.. Only criticism.. for women with long hair, when you go swimming you are only allowed one towel.. making harder to dry your hair..

The staff upon check-in were great, however, the spa staff were extremely rude and clearly didn't want to be there. We had dinner in the bar but got told the pizza wasn't fresh and was only a frozen pizza which they were charging £18 for, ridiculous! Won't be going back.

Room felt worth the cost

The hotel was overrun with wedding guests all weekend, hotel guests were secondary to hotel guests and the bar closed too early. Breakfast was a disaster with no cups, cutlery and all the coffee machines were out of order.

The hotel itself was average but the booking and trying to check out was appalling it took over an hour. Their system is very confusing the staff are very unaware of how it should be done. They took all sorts of prepayments which should not have happened. Eventually after a really long and drawn out process we got sorted. They took some cash which they counted 5 times!! We go on a spa break once a year but would never recommend this to any one. We would never return.
