The room was so nice, comfortable beds. The gym & pool were fairly small but still pleasant. The staff were very kind, in particular on reception arrival and for our evening meal. Lovely breakfast selection. Overall, really lovely experience for my teenage son and I.

I was not impressed by the pizza £21 for a pepperoni which was to be honest not worth this.

Room cups and tea making stuff hidden away found on check out. Food well expensive and not great. Paid for breakfast confirmed on check in, but not allocated on arrival for breakfast, had to speak with reception. Covers over breakfast food making it a faff to serve yourself. Invoice couldn't be provided on check out printer issues, email wasn't sent, when it was didn't reflect what I had paid. Additional parking fee £8 per night. Generally disappointed with stay. Reception and front of lobby looks decent.

Swimpool was small and overcrowded when we visited on Sunday afternoon. Great for motorway stop and hotel is dated but massive, so much room. In the room, the lobby, the bar....we loved it. Friendly staff especially at breakfast and regardless of other reviews, lots of choice and great quality. Definitely would visit again especially as it's Desi Bar country. We had dinner at The Hungry Elephant. Top top quality Indian food and enough left to take for next day dinner.

The hotel had a wonderful atmosphere with a clean and welcoming environment. Every member of staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and i had a restful sleep. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family and will be visiting again.

The staff here are so lovely and accommodating. The superior room was beautiful and cosy.

Enjoyed pool and spa. Room was clean, but more hooks needed to hang towels etc. also room was too dark for dressing in; bathroom didn’t have toiletry space

Daughter loved the swimming pool. Good sized parking for £8pn.

Much of the hotel felt a bit dated. However the room was clean and in good shape. I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of order during our stay. The staff were extremely polite and professional.

Staff were really great and friendly! We had a fabulous stay and we hope to visit again.

The staff were not that friendly. The air con panel was broken in our room and the room was very cold. Rather than offering us another room where it was not broken we were just given a portable heater. The decor in the room was tired with wall paper peeking at the edges and shower screen leaked making water on a tired bathroom floor dangerous. Charging £8.00 a day for parking when you are on an industrial estate seems excessive and wasn’t a pleasant surprise.

The room was amazing, had air con so we were able to keep the room cool at night, the breakfast was extrnekey good and we will definitely use this hotel again if we are in the area!!!

Lovely rooms, great atmosphere. Only down side was our rooms tap was leaking all over the side and the conditioner and hand wash dispensers were empty. And the jacuzzi wasn’t working

Good to get to by car but impossible to walk out of and go to surrounding shops as on a busy carriageway. Bathroom was ok but lots of brown areas around shower seals and corners in bathroom which is always a bit icky.

Nice rooms, however was disappointed with the pool facilities. Smaller than expected and very busy with swimming lessons.
