I recently had a great stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hyde Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice to have a chat with, also special thanks to Caner for the warm welcome with a bunch of cookies, it was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good rest. The hotel's location near Hyde Park made it convenient for exploring the city, and the staff's helpfulness added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend DoubleTree Hyde Park for a delightful and hassle-free stay in London. It truly exceeded my expectations.

Room was clean, amenities good but the front desk staff was exceptional! Vijay spent so much time printing out directions and reviewing them with us for a special ABBA Arena Show that we had tickets to attend. The night if the show on the way to the tube I fell and injured myself. Louis was amazing when we came back to the hotel in helping in hwlping my roommate contact the venue to cancel, print up the forms needed for a refund etc. couldn’t have done it without him!

Very tasty porridge for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the beds are very firm. I had a great stay other than that.

Unfortunately this hotel was a big let down , you could hear every sound from other rooms , breakfast was awful rooms were comfortable but not great , would search for better options and no I would not stay again .

Excellent location with easy access to tube stations and tour bus stop if that appeals. Walkable to Kensington high street and Notting Hill shopping. Rooms could use a refresh - shower drain was super slow and matress worn out. Avoid rooms near fire doors.

It was an amazing experience at this hotel. We loved the warm welcome and cookies upon arrival, all the staff were friendly and efficient. The dining area was kept cleaned quickly as the tables were vacated. Even when we left we were treated as old friends. We would go back and stay there again, and we highly recommend the property.

I specifically ordered a room with a queen bed and the hotel told me they overbooked and weren't able to accomodate me so I had to take a twin bed which is extremely small. The staff were nice and professional, but I travel for work and was there for that purpose so I needed my comfort and it was dissappointing having to sleep that way after the work I was doing. Also the onsite parking is terrible. I ended up having to park a few blocks away.

View from one room was ok, other was the rear of the hotel with building works. Hotel clean and breakfast was good. Issue with checkin and Hotels.com reservation was unconfirmed so when we arrived they couldn’t find the reservation of two rooms for two nights. The afternoon receptionist did recover this by giving 4 breakfasts for the two days which was very much appreciated.
