The room is disgusting and i made the wrong choice of booking

Overall is good. 近地鐵站，但空間細小，兩隻喼開完擺到出門口 。另外房間默認安排在G/F，但沒註明，入住時前台才通知，要加錢才可住G/F以上樓層的同類房型

We moved to this hotel after a huge disappointment with another hotel. Very helpful staff, large room (for London) and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but adequate for our needs. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was awesome- we like our room very cool for sleeping and it did not disappoint. We did not do breakfast at the hotel, but had a quick dinner there one night. It was tasty - prices not bad for a hotel restaurant. Hotel Location is great - close to two tube lines and lovely Hyde park is across the street.we really enjoyed walking in the park. Shopping and dining restaurants just a few blocks walk. If you stay here try Kyel Greek bake house on Queensway - we had great pastry and a good dinner there. I wish we had booked this hotel from the start of our trip, and I know we’ll be back.

The guy who greeted us at the front desk was funny and friendly. They let us check in ahead of schedule. Great location and reasonable price!

Slitt hotell som trenger oppussing. Frokosten var ikke noe spesiell, helt enkelt. Det jeg synes er dumt når du kommer til frokost er at bestikk og kopper er plassert på et skittent bord. De blir ikke vasket av etter at noen har brukt det. Air condition var det mye støy av.

Kahvaltısı çok zayıf ve özensizdi. Evsizlere sunulan hayır yemeği gibi asla presentable olmayan bir ortamdı. Orurduğunuz masalar hep bir önceki misafirlerin tabaklarıyla doluydu. Herkesin kullandığı tuvaletler çok çok pisti. Hastalandığım bir gece çocuğuma baksın diye arkadaşıma oda satın aldım. Tarihini yanlış yazmışım. Bu tarihi asla değiştirmediler. Kullanmadığım bir oda ücretim yandı. Çocuğumda DEHB var. Kuşlara yem veriyor, bahçede dolaşıyor. Biraz farklı olduğu için personelin bakışları bizi çok rahatsız etti. Hiç özel çocuk görmemişler gibi uzaylı muamelesi yaptılar. Odaya ilk gittiğimizde sanki iki yıldızlı otel gibi vasattı. Hiçbir otel ürünü yoktu. Oda toz içindeydi, balkon örümcek ağlarıyla kaplıydı ve bir önceki misafirlerin sigara küllükleri doluydu ve masanın üzerinde çok pis korkuyordu. Tek güzel yanı otelin çevresinin yeşillik olması. Asla Hilton a yakışmayan bir yer.

Clean and comfortable

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton London - Hyde Park was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a great bed that allowed me to rest well after busy days exploring the city. The breakfast was outstanding — plenty of variety, fresh options, and high quality. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order items and the nice atmosphere in the dining area. The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It’s directly across from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, perfect for morning walks, and just steps away from Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, making it easy to get around London. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic choice if you want comfort, convenience, and a prime central location in London. I would definitely return! Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist super, sehr ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer sind klein, der Kleiderschrank hat fast keine Ablagefläche, aber es war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Otelin balkonu çok pisti. Örümcek ağları ve içilmiş sigara izmaritleri vardı. Açık büfe kahvaltısı evsizlere verilen hayır yemeği gibiydi. Çok az çeşit vardı. Hata ile oluşturduğum tek gecelik rezervasyonu ısrarla doğru tarihe çekmediler ve para kaybettim. Herkese açık tuvaletleri pisti.

AC in the room did not work

Had a room booked for two nights. One booked through a cruise group and one booked by us. On checking we were told we woyld have to move rooms. We had to vacate the room we were in by 12.00pm but unable to get into the new room until 3.00pm. I was unable to have a shower in the first room as the water was either boiling hot (as in, couldn't even hold your hand under it) or literallt no water at all. Same situation worthy the handbasin so I had to clean my teeth with bottles water. They didn't seem to care when advised. For the price of this place i had much higher expectations. I have since lowered them and if you choose to say here, I strongly suggest you do too

Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, but very convenient when you have limited time. The food was good.
