The hotel was really good. The service was really good and the concierge were very helpful. The food service from the bar is very limited, but was good. It takes a little getting used to all the new electronics in the room and how to work everything. Some negatives were Almost no counter space in the bathroom and no electric plug-ins in the bathroom. We had to plug our electric toothbrush in the sleeping area. If you have a chance, let them open the gate so you can sit in the park. It’s a private park and it’s beautiful or spending a couple hours reading or just relaxing.

Booked this hotel for 1 night, as transit to be close tot he train station, 1st impression is great, hotel looks clean, goo ambiance downstairs, once to my room, room is ok, however the bathroom is extremly small, the door to the shower hits the sink so it does not open fully and I need to manuever to access such shower, also not all the toiletries mentioned on the website are actually available, and the grout in the bathroom had mold. Staff is friendly overall; however, they are not good at solving issues. The continental breakfast is extremely lackluster for the price of the hotel and the upcharge for breakfast. Bottom line, if you really need a hotel for the night, this will do, but there are better options nearby.

The Ecclestone Square Hotel was a great hotel in 2011 when it opened to great fanfare… and it does not look as though it has been updated or maintained, or gone any attention in the intervening 14 years since.

The hotel is small and recently renovated. The staff is very helpful! As advertised, many of the feature in the room are high tech, so if that isn’t of interest to you, prepare for a learning experience. The beds are very comfortable and the location is nerdy close to Victoria station.

Tiny room, “fancy” light switches were challenging to operate, room-darkening curtain controls didn’t work well, no washcloths were provided or available upon request - if you’re an American used to bathing with one, bring your own, meager continental breakfast was ~$20/person - too much considering the room was already over $300/ night.

Had a heat wave and no AC. Got to 26° C in the room and they moved us our second day. There were multiple rooms that had the same issue. Maybe next time we won't be in Lomdon during a heat wave. Incredible property overall.
