High technologies provided in the room such as electrically operated adjustable bed level with massage function, electrical switch for moving the curtain, i-pad provision for use, handy smart phone for free use etc which I never encountered in all the hotel rooms I stayed in the past. It would be much more welcoming to guests if staff at reception expressed more smiles.

The room is full of high tech stuff. Big TV and massage bed. The hotel is closed to the Victoria Coach station, 5 min walk, which can take the bus directly to the airport. The only disappointment is the room and bathing area just too small. I suggest them try to use bath screen to keep the bathroom dry

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were cozy but very nice and tastefully decorated. Great location, quiet, and rooms are actually quite soundproof. There was a party in the room next door which we noticed coming in one night, but we heard absolutely nothing once we were in our room. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in walking distance.

The room was to a high standard and the Reception staff were really helpful. The location was perfect for my business trip and very close to Victoria Station. I will definitely stay again.

Staff were excellent - friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel is modern decor and public areas are very nice. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. There are a number of hi-tech features, most good, but a challenge to figure out the overhead lighting. Two minor points: 1. The description that rooms are much larger than comparative nearby hotels is not true - our room was small - no sitting chairs, just enough room to walk each side of the bed and to place a small suitcase on the floor in the corner. 2. The bathroom sink is small with no counter space, and the tap spout extends out, making it difficult to wash.

Lovely hotel but lost water on final day. Not their fault but very inconvenient

Technology - but no explanation how to use it. Plus use limescale cleaner in the hover, all seized up

Being greeted by the smiling desk staff as I entered and exited the hotel was wonderful. I want to give a special acknowledgement for Desiree, Eden, and Maitri who went out of their way to help me feel welcomed. They were superbly helpful with my every query. I really enjoyed and appreciated them. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. And I did chose this hotel based on its proximity to Victoria Station. My only small issue was with the sound of the water from the bathroom above waking me when they showered. It sounded a bit like there was a flood happening in my room. Desiree offered to switch my room but after the first night it was no longer an issue.

Great location that's close to public transit Victoria and Victoria Coach stations. Room was well equiped, be sure to watch their welcome guide for full functionality.
