Great Location frequented by young European tourists

Fantastic staff. Great location with numerous activities only a few minutes away on Queensway. Highly recommend.

One of the better hostels in the Hyde Park area of London. Comfy bed and decent room.

All of the staff are very bubbly and welcoming, very tight not cosy place to stay.

Staffs were indifferent about housekeeping and a bit clicky. Breakfast was ok but kitchen was pretty small.

It should be a little bit cleaner

Overcrowded, noisey, filthy, drug taking outside the property and inside, although there are 'no smoking' signs in place, some electric sockets unsafe. Only good comment I can say about this place is the excellent location; on the edge of Hyde Park, not far from city centre.

This place was poorly kept, poor cleanliness and plumbing issues in all communal facilities

One word to describe this place: Trap. To start you get out of the subway station and you don't feel safe, just a feeling. When you get to this place you walk downstairs into a hall, at the beginning there's a door to your left, that's the "baggage storage" room, there's no control on that room, they give you the key, somebody can leave one piece of luggage there and take 10 if they want. A little bit farther on the left there's the check in front desk and on your right a tv room, I got there early around noon and luckily couldn't check in. There were 3 or 4 guys sitting on the tv room staring at me, obviously they are not tourists (who goes to visit London and sits to watch tv at noon?), this guys look they will steal a bar of soap if they have a chance. They don't have an assigned locker to each bed, they have some lockers on the "tv room", I saw them and they look you can fit about 3 or 4 laptops (without the case) on top of each other, that big. And that's the farthest I went, didn't stay there, spent the rest of the evening looking for a place to stay, so I can't tell you anything about the rooms or the showers, maybe the beds are super great, the showers super clean with good water pressure. I don't care, they can keep my money. You can call me prejudiced it's alright, if you don't believe my comment go there and find out by yourself.

STAFF, STAFF, and STAFF are amazingly fabulous. The kitchen is big, clean, and fully equipped. The chilling room is really good. The location is literally close to everything. Tube is just 2 mins walk. Definitely I will recommend this place and come back again.

The Hostel is clean. Smells nice. Friendly people and staff. The location is absolutely fantastic. I can tell they’re doing great with the maintenance and bringing the place up to date.

The only good thing about the hostel is the area. All the rest is bad. The photos on the website are so misleading, they could be 20 years old. The place is actually old and dirty.

i did not stay here because conditions are so substandard this place should be closed down. it is gross.

Good location, close to two underground station and bus stops. Free breakfast was great. The bathroom got quite dirty.

Location is very good.

Few bathrooms for a lot of people. Beds very squeaky, and little storage space. Common area was quite small. Free breakfast was good, and staff were nice!

Avoid this place. I stayed one night in a is small room with 3 bank beds; there was narrow space between beds so if I had larger suitcase it would not fit in the room; there is absolutely no space to hand clothes. Bathroom/shower were so disgusting!! I saw roaches in the night.

The bathrooms need to be renovated. The place seems worn out. But the staff and cleanliness of the facility was satisfactory.
