Buena ubicacion. Habitacion amplia Los baños y duchas, terriblemente chicos y sin mantenimiento. No habia espacio para dejar ni la toalla ni un cepillo de dientes. El agua no salia caliente correctamente. Las taquillas para guardar las pertenencias se encontraban en los pasillos, no en la habitacion (y cabia solo el dinero). En la habitacion no habia donde guardar nada.

いつも部屋のトイレも共同トイレもトイレットペーパーがない。チェックインの時にレセプションに伝えたが、後から補助するからと言ってそのまま忘れており、ハウスキーパーも清掃には毎日入ってくれているが何日も補充せず。最終日に違うレセプションの人に言ったらすぐに補充してくれた。 シャワーが壊れていてもそのまま。水圧弱い。シャワー室の鍵も壊れており防犯面はない。 部屋は4階だったがエレベーターがなく、レセプションが地下1階なため、重い荷物を5階分持って上がらないといけなかった。

Fantastic staff. Great location with numerous activities only a few minutes away on Queensway. Highly recommend.

One of the better hostels in the Hyde Park area of London. Comfy bed and decent room.

All of the staff are very bubbly and welcoming, very tight not cosy place to stay.

Staffs were indifferent about housekeeping and a bit clicky. Breakfast was ok but kitchen was pretty small.

It should be a little bit cleaner

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage (sehr zentral) und von dort aus gab es gute Metroanbindungen. Jedoch war die Unterkunft sehr dreckig. Dreck an den Wänden, am Boden und in den Ecken. Sehr dreckige Dusche und Waschbecken. Sehr verschmutzte Toiletten. Haare auf dem Betten etc.

Il devrait y avoir des casiers dans les dortoirs pour les bagages (plusieurs cas de vols)

It's loudly. There are two doors of a room. Every time someone come in or go out always loudly noise. No curtain...

Overcrowded, noisey, filthy, drug taking outside the property and inside, although there are 'no smoking' signs in place, some electric sockets unsafe. Only good comment I can say about this place is the excellent location; on the edge of Hyde Park, not far from city centre.

Es war überall dreckig & nichts war hergerichtet. Nachts kamen immer Leute rein, die entweder total zugedröhnt oder betrunken waren, um ihren Rausch auszuschlafen. Der Waschraum entspricht eher einer öffentlichen Toilette. Da man keinerlei Privatsphäre hat, nicht mal wenn man auf dem Klo sitzt. Außerdem sind es viel zu wenig „duschen. Die Realität entspricht nicht den Fotos auf der Website. Would not recommend

This place was poorly kept, poor cleanliness and plumbing issues in all communal facilities

The picture is too great ! Only one section is hostel ! It has about 10 rooms not 110 . Subway is near ! But, this area is like challenging place ! So many labors and biginner immigrants looks like living in here such as a Middle East , India , parkistaniseand Africa! Hostel staffs are kind and warm hearted ! But, the system is like home not a youth Hostel :; not organized well :; The hostel need to be painted front entrance and Bolcony on the first floor ! Ladder was on the wall constantly:; looks so not nice ~ and hostel needs to provide some chairs at a some area so People can have a relax in stead of stairs outside ! Some customers are smoking so bad and they are always drunk at some point! Some people bothers girls even though they show no interested in them and actually They are living in this hostel! So uncomfortable!!! I saw rat in the kitchen and refrigerator smell so bad ! Although staffs are nice but, this hostel needs to show exact pictures and not exaggerating! I thought that this hostel is like YHA but, it was not !!! I believed the picture was shown ... far from it ! Price is great for 1, 2 days staying not a long term staying!!!

El personal muy amable y atento. Esta cerca del transporte público y de zonas de interés. Mejoraría la limpieza.

Preisleistung ist super! Besonders die Lage ist klasse. Gerne wieder!

Attention. Ce n'est pas un hôtel au sens français. Plutôt une auberge de jeunesse. Propre mais très vieillot. Trop cher pour les 4m2 de la chambre au 4 étage sans rangements. Douches individuelles et lavabos collectifs. WC communs(toujours propres). Ils se définissent comme une '' vie en collectivité ''. Petit déjeuner correct et copieux. On lave son bol à la fin. Par contre très bien placé pour 3 accès métro.
