The couple who run this BnB are wonderful! They were responsive and even helped us find another place to stay when we needed to extend our trip, and they couldn't accommodate the extra days as they were already booked. We loved it and would stay again!

We stayed for two nights in mid-August in order to meet up with family, who live locally.
The Geminian is in a brilliant position, really close to the town centre, shops, bars and restaurants etc. It is accessible both by car but also bus or train, being not far from the station.
We received a warm welcome from the owners and were provided with patking permits for our stay.
The guest house is spotlessly clean in all areas and thoughtfully and freshly decorated throughout. There is a lounge area available for guests to use.
Our room was of a good size with storage for our things and pleasantly decorated. The en-suite bathroom was small but perfectly functional. The shower was a bit tight.
The owners have thought of everything that guests could need for their stay. The hairdryer was powerful and extra tea/coffee and biscuits provided on request.
The breakfast was made to order and both excellently cooked and of good portion. There was also juice, fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast as well as plentiful tea and coffee.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again for future visits to Harrogate.

Couldn’t fault our stay at Geminian Guest House. It was in the perfect location, easy to find. Our host was welcoming and friendly and gave great advice on places to eat and information we needed when requested. If you are looking for a friendly welcome, a great location and a lovely, clean room then this is ideal. The owner even remembered breakfast orders in case you wanted the same as the previous day. I have already reserved a room here for my next visit to Harrogate.

We had a couple of days in Harrogate and this was just the right spot. Clean, cosy and close to the centre of Harrogate, with enough distance that you didn't feel in the middle of chaos. We were well looked after from before our arrival and I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

Just had a fabulous stay at the geminian guest house .
One of the best guest houses we have ever stopped in.
The hosts michael and denise are so friendly and welcoming .
The house is so close to the town centre , railway station etc.
The room was immaculate, the bed was comfy .
The breakfast was tasty and good choice .
When you arrive you get a free parking permit for the length of your stay .

The Geminian is well situated, near to shops, restaurants and bars. Michael and Glynys are lovely hosts. The room was nicely decorated with tea and coffee facilities, plenty of drawers, and towels replaced as required. We were given parking passes for our stay, very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of choice. Everything was good, thanks.

I rarely give 5 star reviews because frankly, not everyone is awesome. But here, the Geminian and its host are awesome !!!! One of the best stays of our month long trip - newly renovated and comfortable for a few days stay with lots of storage. The bathroom was one of the most comfortable of all of our stays - good sized shower, towel warmers; we had a few glitches with water temperature and pressure but nothing major. Well thought out renovation with good quality materials. Excellent location close to downtown and street parking is included with some paperwork required, so be sure to ask. Breakfast was probably one of the best we had as well - delicious ingredients, well cooked. My guess is that if the owner/cook had to eat the food, he would be pleased with the quality. Enough said ! PS we were about an hour late due to the road closure with no way to contact our host - but upon our arrival, we got the full welcome - which was a good end to the extra long journey and a great start to a few days in Harrogate !
