Room very nice although multiple stair cases to get there.
I liked the secure car parking but would be tricky if you had a big car. And I expect it gets full quite quickly.
The bar and restaurant fairly noisy but guess that's expected in a town centre pub.

Staff were excellent. Room clean and comfortable, lots of attention to detail with nice toiletries and tea tray.
Breakfast was very good and the evening meal of belly pork was delicious.
We were at the front of hotel on a noisy street, lots of drinkers outside the pubs and a costa shop delivery lorry banging every night around midnight -1am. no heating or hotwater on last morning. Some doorways are low and husband cut his head.
