I was given a room on arrival that was already occupied. I was told I couldn’t park at the hotel notwithstanding I have a blue badge. After the room mixup was sorted out I was told I could park. The occupants of the wrong room were given completely wine. We’re not I was charged £12.50 to park

Modern and clean hotel, but limited parking spaces let it down as one has to park at another car park within 10 min walking distance. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and the staff are friendly and professional. The twin beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice with the room and bathroom providing well designed ammenities

No parking and not enough lifts or staff.

Quiet stay considering the location. Parking limited but overnight parking available in walking distance. Notify the hotel of your reg number for the drop off/pick up.

Only down side was the lack of parking. It wasn’t expressed at time of booking that I had to book a parking space. This should be flagged at time of booking!

Fabulous helpful service, very comfortable beds and fantastic shower, clean and bright. Great choice at breakfast with food of very good quality. Parking facility for ev, pre-bookable in advance was very convenient. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in Ashford. Also, short walking distance to town centre and across the road from train station with service directly into London

Wasn’t told about parking situation until I had paid and then made to find a car park and walk 10 minutes to the hotel in the rain. Food was terrible, clearly microwaved! Shame as rooms are lovely and hotel is very nice but food, service and parking let this hotel down

Maybe the worst hotel experience of my life. Will start by saying the staff were friendly, however we were only in the hotel to have a warm shower and sleep in preparation for an early Ferry from Dover. Sadly we were given an accessibility room, which we did not book, which had a shower with no water pressure and lukewarm water, not to mention the floor, curtains and shower chair were all dirty. All we wanted was a regular shower and sleep, and the room next to us was screaming and blasting youtube videos from the time we entered the room till we got up at 5am. I alerted reception at midnight when the noise hadn't stopped and they said they'd go and check. Nothing changed. Consequently we had zero sleep and a 8 hour drive ahead of us the following day, will not be back.
