Staff , rooms and facilities all excellent, limited food options in the evening unless you went out.

I was given a room on arrival that was already occupied. I was told I couldn’t park at the hotel notwithstanding I have a blue badge. After the room mixup was sorted out I was told I could park. The occupants of the wrong room were given completely wine. We’re not I was charged £12.50 to park

Modern and clean hotel, but limited parking spaces let it down as one has to park at another car park within 10 min walking distance. The breakfast buffet is complimentary and the staff are friendly and professional. The twin beds are comfortable and the bedding is nice with the room and bathroom providing well designed ammenities

Overall the stay was pleasant but not too keen on the extra charge for use of the carpark

Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, aber Innen wie Außen wirklich stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen und das eiserne (?) Bettgestell knarrte bei jeder Bewegung. Die Lobby mit Bar und Restaurant strahlte den Charme der 70er Jahre aus und war sehr ungemütlich. Wir haben uns nur gewundert, dass die Hilton-Group hier so wenig Wert auf ihr Erscheinungsbild legt. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer in einer oberen Etage erbeten, dass auch dann im obersten Stockwerk lag. Allerdings brummte die ganze Nacht die wohl auf dem Dach befindliche Klimaanlage, so dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr reichhaltig und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich. Da wir das Wesentlichste des Hotels aber negativ bewerten, können wir das Hampton by Hilton Ashford nicht empfehlen.

great modern room. Best I have had in a hotel so far. Disappointed with the meal options, and the 'daily specials' are the same everyday, burger and soup!

No parking and not enough lifts or staff.

Good breakfast, rooms nice but compact, comfortable bed.

Quiet stay considering the location. Parking limited but overnight parking available in walking distance. Notify the hotel of your reg number for the drop off/pick up.

Only down side was the lack of parking. It wasn’t expressed at time of booking that I had to book a parking space. This should be flagged at time of booking!

Fabulous helpful service, very comfortable beds and fantastic shower, clean and bright. Great choice at breakfast with food of very good quality. Parking facility for ev, pre-bookable in advance was very convenient. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when in Ashford. Also, short walking distance to town centre and across the road from train station with service directly into London
