The place is clean and quiet. The room was modern and comfy with easily adjustable Aircon and a comfy large bed. The shower was one of the best I've experienced in hotels. The room has a Smeg mini fridge and kettle. There was useful space for clothes storage. Breakfast was good but I'd get there early as it gets busy and difficult to get around with bits separated over the place. I didn't see room service but you could get food from the bar. I expect hotel food to be more expensive than usual but this seemed more than I expected for what you get. I ordered soup and bread. The bread wasn't crispy and had been microwaved and the soup

Great hotel for high wycomb much nicer than the Holiday In handy cross and has good EV charging , pleasent staff and a good free breakfast.

Check in staff very helpful. Bathroom not as clean as it should be for a property like this, shower head covered in brown gunk, dirt under rim of toilet and glasses covered in dust. The shower nearly flooded as soon as I turned it on. The kettle was bashed and going rusty. Overall fine for a night but if staying more than one day there is no where to hang towels to dry. The breakfast was sufficient but confusing as there was no one to explain or check me off a list!!
