The room was fine. I stayed here again yesterday, 17-18th Feb and my issue is that when I asked for an invoice I was told they cannot provide an invoice because it was booked through Hotels.com. I have stayed in this hotel at least 10 times over the past 20 months, always booked through Hotels.com and each time I was provided with an invoice. Why the change now?
