First experience was reception which could have been better. Not the happiest of welcomes. Carpark is very tight so caution if you have a larger car , truck or van. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very good. Buffet breakfast was included in the price which is good because you wouldn't want to pay for it separately as its poor.

Poppy was very helpful at checkin. The pillows were very thick so I asked for a flatter one which was done without hesitation. Lovely breakfast & they had oat milk which was great. Very quiet surroundings.

Beautifully clean room, easy to access and very helpful staff. Perfect location if you’re attending the M&S arena, literally over the road. Breakfast was a bit of a let down but that was the only negative. I will definitely be using this hotel again, worth every penny.
