Hotel has a very good location to get to most of the main attractions of the city walking. It is a budget hotel and it’s reflected in the included breakfast offered at the hotel which isn’t great for people with allergies or food intolerance as they don’t offer many options. Staff is attentive and helpful. The bar is alright but I wouldn’t spend my time drinking there considering how many other cool bars are in the city.

Poppy was very helpful at checkin. The pillows were very thick so I asked for a flatter one which was done without hesitation. Lovely breakfast & they had oat milk which was great. Very quiet surroundings.

Beautifully clean room, easy to access and very helpful staff. Perfect location if you’re attending the M&S arena, literally over the road. Breakfast was a bit of a let down but that was the only negative. I will definitely be using this hotel again, worth every penny.

Rooms and hotel were clean. Great location for what we needed - M&S bank arena and Liverpool One were a short walk away. Parking on site was very useful. Breakfast at the hotel in the morning was rather chaotic. We stayed on Easter Sunday and Breakfast in the morning was only served between 7:30 and 9:30 (this may have been due to the bank holiday). The volume of people at the buffet breakfast meant that there were queues and not enough glasses, cutlery etc. overall we had a great stay and would book again.

The rooms were clean and tidy although a little small. The parking was a bit surprising. It was in the basement through a secure door and you pay for it in the reception area. I paid £42 for an 18 hour stay to park my car. The breakfast was adequate

Good location for Docks and a 20 min walk to city centre for shops, food and drinks. Parking had plenty of space. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Sofa bed was not fit for purpose and we had to put mattress on floor. Breakfast was ok.

Great location, close to the docks. The carpark is tiny and difficult to navigate for you have a 4x4 but so convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable, lifts annoying ! Noone tells you to scan your card lol. The bar is nice. Breakfast isnt great !! The self serve area is too small for the amount of guests ... there is a reason its advertised as free ! Nut overall i would stay again as we only paid £125 for a Saturday night
