Had a reunion and stayed here. Our first impressions were good. That night we both slept terribly. The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on concrete slabs. My husband could barely walk. At breakfast we were asked how the room was by member of staff. We told her about our dreadful night. She noted this down and showed us to our table. We thought nothing more about it. During breakfast she approached us again. This time it was to inform us of the following: We would be moved to another room, we had been comped the previous nights cost for the room, then she handed us a card for a 2 free meals with 2 drinks. Did this sound ok? She asked. We were dumbfounded! Of course we were ok for this and we were thankful. Her name was Lindsey. The staff without exception were wonderful and friendly as well as looking out for the guests. We witnessed one guest being very abusive to a staff member and were amazed at how cool he managed to stay. Being unhappy about something is one thing, being abusive to others takes things to an unacceptable level. The room we were transferred to wasn’t quite as good as the original room and we did sleep slightly better, but it was still not the most comfortable. I might dare to suggest that the hotel takes a leaf out of Premier Inns book and invests in some new comfortable beds that guarantee a good nights sleep! The only criticism was the extortionate parking costs, but we really enjoyed our stay at Hampton by Hilton in Liverpool and would stay again

Other than having no fridge, the hotel was amazing for my and my partner’s visit to Liverpool! The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and things were in walkable distance for supplies—a tesco express is nearby for any quick things you need, along with a little cafe nearby that’s a 1 minute walk. 10/10 stay.

Nice room with shower, but we were with 2 little kids and there is no fridge in the room. Staff nice, helpful - perfect. Breakfast below average, do not recommend at all. Horrible coffee. Overall 2 out of 5. Not even close to be named Hilton. Hope you find it useful :)

Lovely clean, modern room, my teenage daughters slept well on the sofa bed - which is unusual but they did find it comfortable. The staff seemed hassled at check in and breakfast and as a result the customer service wasn’t great but appreciated they were busy. The breakfast was terrible, it’s free but the quality is shocking, so bad we only had a bite of each item before leaving. We ended up eating somewhere else. Overall a nice, clean, modern hotel in a great location, next time I would pick up some breakfast items from the nearby Tesco or I’d go out somewhere from brunch, the breakfast really isn’t worth the time or wait.

We chose this hotel because of the location, and safe motorbike parking. Our bike was kept safe the entire time :) Unfortunately upon entering the room the shower faucet was broken and poorly attempted to be fixed. And there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Besides that the sheets were clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. Breakfast was nothing special.

First experience was reception which could have been better. Not the happiest of welcomes. Carpark is very tight so caution if you have a larger car , truck or van. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very good. Buffet breakfast was included in the price which is good because you wouldn't want to pay for it separately as its poor.
