The staff gave me a twin room, instead of the queen room I had booked, which wound have been just annoying but...
When I booked, I realised I gave my departure on the booking, not the day before.
I immediately used the AI agent to fix, but it insisted it was a change to my booking and charged me twice.
I appreciate I had, "changed the booking" - but it was a genuine mistake which I tried to fix immediately.
Both the original and new booking were for a queen bed, so doubly annoyed by the twin room.

We stayed one night before an early morning flight. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the terminal. The morning breakfast was great with lots of choice. Jeanie was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay for future early flights.
