We arrived 3 hrs prior to check-in time with a view of just dropping off our luggage while we went to the theatre matinée. But our room was ready has the room early which was good
The staff were friendly and the room was very clean and modern. It is close to the centre and train station so ideal.
Breakfast had lots of choice and quality food.
Definitely would return.

Excellent location, really close to the station and just over the bridge from the city centre.
Good breakfast, including the 'trademark' waffle maker.
We were in a wheelchair accessible room that was spacious but the bathroom had incomplete grab rails and a slightly strange design that would make it much harder for an independent wheelchair user to use the shower - ask for photos before you book to check it will meet your needs.

Great location , staff were friendly, good breakfast . Comfy beds but unfortunately 2 out of the 3 towels were dirty and underneath the washstand there was still hair and dust which hadn’t been cleaned .

Hotel was lovely. Reception staff very helpful. Managed to check in our room a few hours early which was nice! Room lovely twin however pillows were terrible! Very flat and no support. My friend and I hardly got any sleep! It would have been nice to have a few more varieties of trays and some biscuits would have been welcomed! Maybe next time!
However breakfast was amazing. So much choice which is why I’ve given 5 stars!

The whole experience was excellent! A great team at check in, room was clean and quiet (very comfy beds) and a lovely breakfast- you couldn’t ask for more! The hotel is also in a great location- just a 10 min walk to the theatre and local shops. Always impressed by this chain of hotels.

Not enough towels, proper towel rail, not just one hook, so used towels have a chance to dry. Bathroom floor was freezing! Breakfast, hot option had clearly been out a while and was quite 'tough' over cooked.
