Hello Hotel

Despite the room being dated, the property is gorgeous. Rooms are large; my room included a fan, electric heater and breakfast to go. They have a gluten free breakfast option, which was perfect. We were even able to get it for a 4am checkout.

The room was functional, although little tired looking. The 3 stars is about right. The traffic noise was a problem when trying to sleep as it next to a main road. Th staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to bus routes into Manchester which was vey useful.

Ok…. Nice staff. But dated. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. Very poor breakfast selection. Worth £60 a night. Not £100. Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, parking onsite. Pillows were very hard and the bath was missing a handle and cealent wasnt very pleasant. Other than that it was a clean room, well heated

The hotel is modern, with a very nice restaurant, Albert's, next door. But Albert's doesn't do breakfast, which is why I've given a low score - Hello gives you a 'grab & go' breakfast, which was OK, but not great. However I cannot fault the cleanliness of my room or the bathroom; all the staff I met were very pleasant, and I would stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel after a late flight into Manchester. Easy check in with a friendly receptionist. Room was a great size. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Free bottles of water was appreciated. The bathroom was a good size and towels were great quality. Would recommend!

Really warm welcome

The bed was comfy and the windows pretty soundproofed. There was a decent selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room and two bottles of water, along with a mini fridge. Staff all helpful and friendly, cannot fault them. The hotel was a bit tired in general, there were a few hairs in the bath which I picked out, and some orange staining on one towel. The door to the room/lock felt flimsy and like it could have opened with a big shove. The adjacent restaurant served food but the burger was a bit burnt in all honesty and yet the chips were underdone. The hotel could put slightly nicer toiletries in the room. Overall I would stay again if visiting the same area without a car due to the convenience this hotel offered - close to bus stop. If looking for anything fancy I would go elsewhere.

The hotel was clean and welcoming but the rear car park was noisy due to deliveries throughout the night. If we stay again we would request an upper floor room away from the stores.

Room was clean, bed and pillows comfortable, heating was good as it was so cold. Staff friendly. Breakfast quick on the go. Rooms are dated, shower had some mould round the tiles and only other complaint was that we asked for the hand soap to be refilled and it wasn’t.

Helpful staff on reception, room was very clean appreciated being able to turn heating off as most hotels have it set and it can be unbearable. This hotel has everything you need for a short stay and loads of free parking which is a big plus I would not hesitate to return

Excellent service from reception staff and the grab and go breakfast is a nice touch. Very comfortable room and spacious. Ample parking. Very good value for the price paid. Only criticism is the guest wifi which is weak and unreliable.
