This was my third time staying at this hotel, and it was just as excellent as before. This time, I even met two front desk asian staff members who can spoke Cantonese, they were very polite and friendly. I will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you.

Only one thing let this hotel down. False advertising!! We booked expecting a dble and a single bed in our family room. What we got was a double and a single mattress on the floor.
My daughter is on the spectrum and had a meltdown about sleeping on it , neither my husband or I were happy about it either. We showed the gentleman on duty , our photo of the family room wed booked off their advertising. Said theyd never had a room with beds like that. Spoilt our stay.
The room was clean with fresh towels and bedding. Tea and coffee available in room. Ample free parking availability.

The breakfast next door in Alberts is great, you get a 20% voucher. Rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. Would stay here again.

Despite the room being dated, the property is gorgeous. Rooms are large; my room included a fan, electric heater and breakfast to go. They have a gluten free breakfast option, which was perfect. We were even able to get it for a 4am checkout.

The room was functional, although little tired looking. The 3 stars is about right. The traffic noise was a problem when trying to sleep as it next to a main road. Th staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to bus routes into Manchester which was vey useful.

Ok…. Nice staff. But dated. Uncomfortable bed and pillow. Very poor breakfast selection. Worth £60 a night. Not £100. Wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, parking onsite. Pillows were very hard and the bath was missing a handle and cealent wasnt very pleasant. Other than that it was a clean room, well heated

The hotel is modern, with a very nice restaurant, Albert's, next door. But Albert's doesn't do breakfast, which is why I've given a low score - Hello gives you a 'grab & go' breakfast, which was OK, but not great.
However I cannot fault the cleanliness of my room or the bathroom; all the staff I met were very pleasant, and I would stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel after a late flight into Manchester. Easy check in with a friendly receptionist. Room was a great size. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Free bottles of water was appreciated. The bathroom was a good size and towels were great quality. Would recommend!
