24 hour tea and coffee supplies in reception. fan in room grab and go breakfast restaurant attached would loved to have had a mini fridge in the room restaurant pricey

The hotel is just outside the city, close enough for us to get an Uber into Manchester. It is basic but clean enough, the staff were really friendly. On check-out day we were able to leave our car parked in the car park and take an Uber into Manchester, much more convenient, it was nice knowing the car was safe at the hotel. Breakfast was again basic, but served quickly and extremely politely by the guy on reception. Overall this hotel is perfect for a one night stay for business purpose’s.

It was a pleasant stay, and the staff at check-in was very helpful. Breakfast was grab and go which was well received and good. Not many places to dine out around the hotel.

Have stayed at the Hello Hotel before; a good, no frills hotel with a decent restaurant next door. Hotel staff have always been pleasant and helpful, I would stay there again without any hesitation.

Loved everything apart from the pillows. A little too hard for us but a very personal preference.

Received a very warm welcome at check in. The room was large and clean, but had a bit of a musty smell about it. The bed was OK. The only down side really was the person walking around til gone midnight in the room above as the floor boards squeak. Breakfast is a take away box which was pretty vile and ended up in the bin, but for the money they charge, I'd stay again.

Lovely hotel, own parking always a bonus! Clean and inviting! Welcoming and helpful staff! Great price! I marked 5 across the board and only a 4 for comfort as found the pillows abit hard, but apart from that great stay! Thanks!

Staff were helpful and kind, meanwhile the facilities were above expectations, as the photos didn’t do it justice with the hotel being nicer than thought to be.

I stayed here over other hotels in the area primarily based on price as the likes of premier inn were ~£20 more per night. However I would happily pay that and more not to stay here again. It's clearly low priced for a reason.

Always a pleasurable stay at the Hello Hotel, close to my customer and to the centre of Manchester.

Very friendly staff , all facilities were available. Great value of money, free plenty of parking, would recommend to friends and family.

Easy transportation into Manchester with either the bus or taxi. Great breakfast on the go too

You know what, it’s a real shame, we’ve stayed here before and were really happy - it’s a great location for the airport, the grab and go breakfast is decent, the staff are friendly, it’s budget-friendly. We were excited to stay ahead of an early flight the next day, given a good experience last time. However honestly don’t think we can stay ever again, none of us slept well at all as the beds were terrible, really hard and uncomfortable. All of the other things pale into insignificance if you don’t get a good nights sleep.

The ladies at the desk was super helpful and the grab and go breakfast was a great thing to offer
