Being woken to make room at 8.30am was a bit off. Good business quality hotel but not 5 star by any stretch

It would be good if they offered a free airport shuttle.

The fact that there was no assistance in getting our luggage to the room was distasteful. My wife and I decided to overnight at the hotel to catch an 8:00 a.m./ flight. We had four checked bags, two carry-ons, and two personal items, but were told by the receptionist that there was no one to help us verify our items at the Lkst Office.

Everything was great except the bathtub was difficult to get in and out of to shower.

never use them again pay expensive hotel supposed get continential breakfast said I didn’t pay for it. Wanted charge me. Didn’t eat dinner or breakfast. Would not resolve issue on continential breakfast

Hotel room was fine but we had a powercut 10 minutes before checkout and the corridors were pitch black along with the stairs. We spent a couple hours in the room trying to work out what to do as we had to carry a lot of luggage down which was heavy without any lifts. not one staff member offered help or gave us an update. we had to search the hotel in the dark using our phone torches to try and find stairs. The first stairs we found we got to the bottom to find a locked door and fire exit so we had to go back up and search the rest of the hotel until we found stairs leading to the reception. there was no sign to stairs and we just wandered around until we found it. Once getting to the reception not one person asked how we were or offered any help. When complaining through expedia to get compensation for this they lied to them and said the power cut was at 1pm after checkout when it was before 12pm and offered us nothing. Absolutely horrible experience from such a high regarded and prestigious hotel brand.

The hotel needs a shuttle from the airport!

Bed was ok but room far tooo hot even with air on on lowest setting - sleep quality poor as a result

We stay at this hotel for the location more than anything else. The rooms are a great size though especially when traveling with multiple bags.
