호텔상태는 보통수준,무난함~단점은 현관문 나서면 걸어서 갈곳이 전혀 없디는것.런던 시내 한번 나갔다오기가 상당히 불편~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~/~~~~~~~~~~/~/~~~~//

It was a good stay. The lady at reception assisted me with my luggage to my room, which I greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

Very nice rooms and areas for guests. Very large choice of delicious options for breakfast. Handy for the airport with frequent service on the Hoppa bus from the front door.

Stayed before and would stay again. Very convenient for LHR but quiet and very comfortable. Great staff. Only slight niggle is the overnight parking charge (£16) for guests staying at the hotel.

This has got to be the cleanest, most well maintained, most friendly hotel I have ever been too. There's not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. No cracked or broken tiles or stained grout. And everyone, without exception, has a genuine smile for you. The spa was great. The food in the restaurant well presented, tasty and reasonably priced. Just one niggle. I avoid places that add their own service charge, which this restaurant does. I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere prior. It leaves you feeling like you've been mugged. I only marked the hotel average for eco because I have no idea what their policy is. Our stay was brief.

While I appreciated the cleanliness, the lack of staff at the front desk was one of the many complaints I have. 1-2 staff at the desk with an almost full hotel. Staff were very rude and cold. Found a hair in my food TWICE once at breakfast and once at dinner. Extremely inconvenient the way they don't have a vending machine for simple drinks such as soda cans. I had to pay for water which is a joke, £10 per bottle may I add. Really really horrible experience honestly. Honestly I would appreciate compensation thats how bad of an experience I had.

Great stay before a flight would definitely stay again.

The property was fine and what you would expect from a Hilton, however the heat was not working in our room and we made several attempts to contact someone to report this and we were never able to get a hold of anyone. The only way it was addressed was the cleaning staff providing additional blankets. Also the seals in the shower were not working properly and the shower leaved all over the floor.

Breakfast very bad! Tasteless Customer service line from room not reachable.

Good location for London and Oxford M40 corridor but beginning to show its age a bit when you look a little closer. Still a good hotel with a great breakfast and bar, just needs to give their carpets a thorough deep clean and make sure various plumbing and electrics are all working. Although probably not something the typical guest type (flying long haul out or back from UK) are likely to notice this.

Terrific hotel, plentiful bathroom products if needed and my bed was extremely comfortable and the room was white glove clean!! I was randomly selected as "the guest of the day" which provided me to an Executive Room, access to the Executive Lounge and a free breakfast! Such a great surprise!! The light snack of fruit, chocolate, cookies and smoothie after a late night arrival was greatly appreciated! Special mention must be made of the night receptionst, Geetanjali Sharma, who is a great asset to this hotel and the epitome of graciousness and professionalism!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here!

My reservation was paid upfront through Expedia but the hotel insisted on charging me again anyway. They basically put the issue on to me to resolve a problem between Expedia and themselves. I’m now out of pocket and chasing a query I had no responsibility for. Just a poor service with very little ownership or acceptance on their part. Pool was also closed with no apology offered.

My stay was amazing. For business or pleasure, this is the place to be.
