Hilton Woking

Very enjoyable stay for a Christmas event. The food, waiter service and music/DJ were all excellent and the photography was an unexpected highlight for the evening. My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland.

Fantastic Hotel. Easy, ample parking when we arrived (though worth noting there is a cost). All staff were very friendly and a big thanks to Duty Manager Paul who went out of his way to make our stay special as we were there celebrating my wife's birthday. The room was great value for money and one of the quietest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in, with fantastic views. It was big, clean, modern and had everything you could need and more. Hotel is in an ideal location, we were going to the New Victoria Theatre and it was only a 5 minute walk away, with lots of shops and eating options available close by too. If you can, visit the LOFT Sky Bar, great atmosphere with a live singer when we went (Saturday night). Perfect place to unwind with a cocktail and incredible views. Overall we couldn't habe asked for a better hotel. Ideal location, wonderful staff and fantastic amenities. Would definitely return.

The room is clean but the AC control was hard to adjust. The tea set was put much too low for us to reach. It's nice that you provided us with 3 water can drinks daily. Other hotel did not provide any water at all.

I had such an amazing time and I was a guest of the day had my room upgraded and have free breakfast which really great would definitely book again.

Extensive fresh breakfast with loads of choices. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected.

From arrival to departure the staff was incredible. The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. Breakfast was amazing. A great variety and the service was beyond exceptional. Thank you all again for your hospitality. My daughters and I really appreciated it.

Reception welcome was wonderful. £7 to rent a film to watch is a bit much. Tiny tea cups in the room not proper mugs and only instant coffee was a disappointment. Bed very comfortable. Good breakfast but not much low carb or vegan. Parking very convenient.

Well thought out hotel. Had everything we wanted. Room a good size and modern. Sink in bathroom too small for tap so quite a bit of splashing!

Great service as ever

Room was great. The food was lovely. The cocktails were pricey but were good. The room service took so long to come and only had one item on the menu.l

Lovely hotel but the service levels are appalling. Booked 4 rooms to be told by the most unhelpful man at reception that we’d only booked two rooms, didn’t try and help, just repeated the same thing over and over again. Same at the bar, took an age to be served. Avoid this hotel

Very conveniently located for shopping, railway station etc.
