The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, the bathroom had a very strong smell as if the plumbing was not working correctly. The housekeeping came daily and straightened the room, but would not take any used food containers even when a note was left asking them to remove the containers. The breakfast was very good, even though there was not any variety from day to day.

Basic hotel over-charging due to its position. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Appreciated kettle, hair dryer and ironing facilities in the room. Sorry not to see a separate container for recyclables.

Functional room in a great location. Had twin beds- seemed like a double bed with 2 single mattresses. Was comfy but mattresses not attached to anything and moved around- not the best if you are restless sleeper like me.

I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years and the one thing the lets most of them down is breakfast, including other Ibis hotels. This one was great, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled eggs were all cooked just right. Plenty selection of other things too. The downside was that our bedroom had a very small window the opened to a view of a wall about 3feet away. Luckily we didnt book the room for a scenic view

The reception staff and hotel manager were very helpful with adding an additional night's stay and booking "hop on / hop off" London bus tours. Hotel breakfast was very good for the price.

The bed was quite comfortable and a very clean room. The bathroom is a bit like something like a pod you would find in a cruise ship. The downside was a broken wifi one day and the TV didn't work 1/2 the time. Very accessible to the underground and within walking distance to many wonderful sights.
