立地良く便利。朝食は美味しいです。

部屋の電源が供給されていなかったので受付に連絡したが30分以上経っても何の対応もなく、再度催促してようやく対応された。受付スタッフの対応が全般的に不親切。

綺麗なホテルで、スタッフも明るくテキパキとされています。 地下鉄Jubilee線のSouthwark駅からすぐにあり、バス停も目の前にあるので、交通の便がとても良いです。テート・ブリテンからテムズ川沿いに歩いてみたら、30分くらいでとても気持ちの良い散歩ができました。 Southwark駅の南側の通りには気軽なレストランがずらりと並び、世界中の料理がお手軽に試せます。中でもステーキのFlat Ironはリーズナブルで雰囲気もサービスも味も良く、お勧めです。

Clean hotel, comfortable bed, quiet room. Good breakfast, quick check in/out. Friendly and helpful staff on Reception.

Petit déjeuner mais identique tous les jours, ce qui est un peu lassant quand on reste plusieurs jours. La cabine de douche est pratique mais la grande marche qui y conduit, l'est nettement moins. Service technique très réactif !

La camera era pulita, ma ci era stata assegnata una camera per disabili con bagno molto grande, ma con tenda e lavandino molto basso, terribile per i miei problemi di schiena. La colazione ottima, ma per fare una colazione tranquilla bisogna andarci presto al mattino, sennò troppo affollato.

Answer quickly to calls and very efficient

The hotel itself was very clean and the staff was friendly. However, the bathroom had a very strong smell as if the plumbing was not working correctly. The housekeeping came daily and straightened the room, but would not take any used food containers even when a note was left asking them to remove the containers. The breakfast was very good, even though there was not any variety from day to day.

Everything was great but bathroom taps were either loose or stiff on both shower and sink

Room was spotless, comfortable, quiet and really well kitted out. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and chatty especially the receptions staff.

Basic hotel over-charging due to its position. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy bed. Appreciated kettle, hair dryer and ironing facilities in the room. Sorry not to see a separate container for recyclables.

Functional room in a great location. Had twin beds- seemed like a double bed with 2 single mattresses. Was comfy but mattresses not attached to anything and moved around- not the best if you are restless sleeper like me.

Maria on the front desk was wonderful in welcome and a few special requests. She was super helpful.

I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years and the one thing the lets most of them down is breakfast, including other Ibis hotels. This one was great, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled eggs were all cooked just right. Plenty selection of other things too. The downside was that our bedroom had a very small window the opened to a view of a wall about 3feet away. Luckily we didnt book the room for a scenic view
