INNSIDE by Melia is our hotel of choice whenever we stay in Manchester. On this occasion we upgraded during the check in process to a suite. The suite located on the top floor was excellent, much bigger than a standard room, with a sofa, lovely city view and spotlessly clean.

The staff on reception I had booked 10 rooms which I had to clarify each one each time a guest arrived. I had to pay a £50 deposit which then I managed to get the guest to place on their card. I didn’t receive my deposit back because the card machine didn’t work on the counter so I had to use another machine in the restaurant which I had to keep asking for to be returned.
