Check in was easy and the reception staff were friendly. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom spotless. We appreciated the free soft drinks and chilled water. The hotel is conveniently placed for both shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, there were plenty of hot and cold options, delicious pastries and breads. An easy to use coffee and tea machine is available. Would highly recommend this hotel and will use again.

All lovely, really enjoyed the stay. Only downside was no plug socket near any mirror to plug in hair straighteners!

The staff on reception I had booked 10 rooms which I had to clarify each one each time a guest arrived. I had to pay a £50 deposit which then I managed to get the guest to place on their card. I didn’t receive my deposit back because the card machine didn’t work on the counter so I had to use another machine in the restaurant which I had to keep asking for to be returned.

Room was a good side and bed comfy. Personally I am not keen on the shower and sink not being in a separate bathroom though. Check in was clolunky, but check out quick. Reason for 2 stars is a big fight kicked off in hotel bar at end of night, and swemwd to take a while to get it under control by security staff. Also one of the blokes that was figjted was allowed to stay at the bar afterwards, and was stood shouting and swearing at his partner for quote a while afterwards, ruining the ambience! Was nearly charged for someone else's drinks at bar... was glad I noticed. Expedia booking said 20% off one food and beverage purchase, but hotel did not recognis le this and said only 10% offered.

As soon as I opened the door to my room it stank of smoking that was so strong. I informed reception on my way out for a meal and was told a new room would be reserved for me for when I return from my meal. On return to the hotel the reception staff new nothing of my issue and I was placed in a room with a single bed after paying for a room with a double.
