Novotel Milton Keynes

Basic hotel. There was a piece of toilet paper on the floor when I came in the room and my corner room had one tiny window and felt like a prison cell.

I stayed in this hotel serval times over the years due to the free car park. The bonus is the sauna & swimming pool.

Got woken up at 4am by the sounds of bins or coming bagging a round or being dragged.

Nice hotel convenient for central MK. Decent rooms and the facilities were good, ie gym pool and sauna. Didn’t eat her so can’t comment on the food

A nice comfortable stay for a few days away.

Stayed here a few times now rooms large, bed comfortable, the shower wasn’t working 1st morning but sorted during the day

Good location very comfortable bed, informal bar area, food was ok, room large.

Lovely stay. Staff and service excellent. Very restricted on when we could use the pool due to swimming classes. Hotel had a very nice bar and restaurant area. Breakfast was very nice and a good choice although it finished at 9am. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely little place. Had a family party so a few of us booked rooms. The party was great, ok food and drinks a little on the pricey side. You had to buy wine etc by the bottle which was a little annoying. The rooms were very nice. However we all had the same issue overnight, rooms were freezing cold. The beds had a thin duvet. The thermostat was turned off and those of us who figured out how turn it on, were met with a loud fan which isn't helpful when trying to sleep. Some of the older guests asked reception for extra duvets and we told none were available. It's the middle of winter. We stayed at another budget hotel over christmas and the experience could not have more difference. I really like this hotel so was disappointed to hear the same review from my family.
