Plenty of parking available; quick and easy check-in; clean and comfortable room. I'd have preferred a plug socket or USB port near the bed, but that's a minor quibble.

Parking when we arrived was easy, however later on in the evening it was difficult to park as the hotel was full, over the Halloween weekend. Rooms were large, bed comfortable, but the room tea /coffee facility’s were a bit on the sparse side. Ie only 2 tea bags for two people staying over for the weekend. Seating in the lobby is not comfortable and discourages you from staying too long. Bar prices are a bit expensive, as are many hotels. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Information provided at check in stated that the restaurant would be open during the week and on a sunday food would be provided at the bar, but for the entire duration the food was only served at the bar, I'm unsure if the restaurant would of had a different menu but given it was a busy bank school holiday week, there would have been the foot fall to open the restaurant as expected. The menu was too limited for my 5 night business stay for me to enjoy the food, and items were unavailable for my entire duration, and there was no option to bill the room for my meals, a payment was required every time unlike at other chains i have stayed at within All. 2 separate days within my stay my key card stopped working, requiring me to return to reception. The 1st instance my replacement key also didn't work, so I had to return to reception again, the staff were friendly but the inconvenience wasn't appreciated. The 2nd day, the delay in entering my room was not appriciated as i was loaded with bags and requiered the restroom and did not wish to use the communal restroom after use the day before as 2 out of the 3 toilets were not left in a pleasent condition, this is a guest usage issue I understand. however having to go back down with my bags to reception when i have already puhed myself wasn't, and for the 2nd day in a row, i was very diapointed, only for the 2nd staff member not surving me to make a joke asking if i was on the correct floor.. Room was very clean, but a bit small considering we had a sofa bed as well as a bed in it. There wasn’t much room to move around compared to what I’ve experienced in other hotels with a room this size. The room had a separate toilet from the bathroom which was handy when there is a few of you! Gym was well equipped for a quick workout, the pool was a tad on the cold side and quite busy. You have to book a slot which is something you don’t find out until you check in. Overall a pleasant stay for 1 night.

The parking was full, but manage to find a space returning from an event at 10 pm. Breakfast taste fresh and tasty. Room very clean. Staff friendly

Stayed 5 nights in a cold room with no heating. A technician was not sent to address the issue and room was not changed instead they brought me a heater that was ineffective. I set the temperature to 30 before speaking to front desk and it blew cold air and made the room colder. I arrived in good health at the hotel and left with a head cold and excessive coughing.

Please point out to persons booking in that they MUST register their car for overnight parking within 20 minutes. There are signs but it's very easy to overlook this whilst booking in after a very long day driving. Just a reminder from the desk staff whilst booking in would save trying to cancel the £100 fine for forgetting
