Filthy place, bed bugs and disgarded rubbish. Should have read other people's reviews but booked in a rush. Would never consider stopping again

rubbish hotel dirty as hell

If there was a check in procedure, the employee did not follow it. I had to ask for towels, hand soap and the wifi code. NO HAND SOAP provided. He tried to put me in a room that was already being used. It appeared I was the only guest and I suspect the inn was being run by a family that lived there. I had trouble locking the door to my room so did not go to dinner since I could not secure my belongings. Room was not very clean. Bathroom was gross. I stopped drinking water to avoid using it. I became turned around trying to leave in the early morning and had to exit via the bar. BUILDING NOT LOCKED OVERNIGHT.

It was very bad experience bathroom, bed room not cleaned and also bed bugs in the rooms we couldn’t sleep all night and left the property early in the morning we booked the hotel for four days but just because of conditions we left early.

I’m scared. Staff was nice, location was very scary and unsafe.

Pretty cool staying in an english pub... But, it was a little run down and was a victim of "deferred maintenance". Some of the beer taps were not working. Staff was friendly and helped when they could. TV was small and old, no remote "someone stole it"? Shower hardware was deficient. Close to Heathrow Airport, stayed over to catch an early flight!

It’s good for a cheep night away for a brack but could do with some diy and I Nik of paint other that that was a good time away we spent most of the time out so it didn’t bother us

Unsafe and drangerus

Far below what i expected.no towels, no complimentary tea or coffee.shower room far below the standard , shower holder broken as well shower door broken. The wholeplace can be renovated. I enjoyed the canal walk and couple of beers. It surely can made into acceptable place.

Staff not very welcoming room not as advertised cold and grubby

Lovely location. However needs a new management. No soap, was told to go and buy from the corner shop. Previous urine stains on toilet seat. Room heating not working... however was given a heater/blower by the chap on duty. No wifi password given. Morning view was beautiful from the window... ducks... however on checkout saw all filth dumped in the parking -perhaps not visible on arrival at dark. Could really improve but things are shabby currently (aim to improve)

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the place if filthy, the staff are rude and never around when you need them. There was a dead rat on the floor on the way to my room, the shower is horrible and dirty, the tv in the room didn’t work and the beds are terrible. To top it off you get free parking with the room and for some reason my number plate wasn’t put into the system so they are trying to hit me with a £100 parking fine, though my car was parked there for 40 minutes which would have cost me a pound as I didn’t feel safe leaving it there.

The property was so dirty and the service was so poor they were not helping in the room smells and nothing works. I don’t mind you’re going there. You can find something better for that price.

This was frankly awful and we didn't stay. We can in. Saw the communal bathroom was disgusting and uncleaned. The passkey was given on a torn off bit of paper, and everyone can see what everyone has as a code. No keys. I saw the stains in the room and heard, what I assume, was rats in the wall and paid for another hotel which we went to stay at.

This may be a cultural thing as I'm used to American hotels and this is in a South Asian neighborhood... it was not filthy but not very clean either. No soap or shampoo and no towels. Very thin pillows. However, we were exhausted and he let us check in early for £20, and it was safe and out of the weather. There was a restaurant inside and the area wasn't too noisy and seemed safe. It's next to a very nice park. The beds were comfortable.

Do not stop here!!! Dirty, unhygienic and a real lack of basic human rights!!

Quietness

Only good thing was Plenty of free parking! Room smelled funny. Mattresses were 100 years old. Shower room was disgusting. Smelly molding bed sheet in the drawer. Wanted to not stay there but was so tired and had to force myself asleep. Left ASAP!
