Amazing place! The staff were all super kind & very helpful. They went above & beyond by delivering complimentary birthday cake & a card to our room to make his day special. Traveled with kids so the pool has set allowed time for them and you have to reserve your time for use, with kids. That was a different negative experience for me, but minute in the overall stay. Customer service was excellent...breakfast was routine, but worked for us... highly recommend spending the little extra for the omelet! We had the breakfast included option, but the omelet is not included. Drinks and service at the bar were great. I especially thank those young ladies assisting me with the need for just lemon. My daughter was getting several bouts of upset stomach from motion sickness and they helped without judgment and with a generous portions. We did not have a single bad interaction with any staff. London was wonderful to us!

Great location with North Lambeth tube station across the street. Walkable to the London Eye, Westminster. The hotel is very dark. They use mood lighting in all the hallways. It was difficult for me to see things. We also had our room entered daily even though we asked for privacy. Our light were off when we left but on when we entered. We talked to security about this and was told that the security manager was off duty and they would follow up with us in Monday. We did not feel safe to leave anything in the room. In addition, you have sliding(shared) doors for the toilet and the shower. There is very little lighting in the bathroom which makes it hard to see. We did have one light replaced but it really did not help. When you took a flashlight to the shower, there was lots of black mold on the corners and floor. We used shoes while in the shower. Water pressure was not great. The beds were great and comfortable and the room space was adequate.

Not a good start, when check in took over an hour for the two rooms that were pre booked. Then one of the rooms was dirty. The replacement room we were offered was also dirty so we stayed where we were because we had been delayed going to our event because of the check in. Constant lies from the staff when we complained about it being investigated and coming back to us and some 6 days after our stay I was still having to call them to chase them up. Still having settled on a solution yet as I was offered 1/3 of a refund. Not good enough when the start to our stay was marred from the offset and we in our minds the who time of our visit. Would stay there again based on staff lack of respect, customer service and lack of communication. Not what one expects from the Radisson Group.

Nice hotel, rooms very quiet even though you’re next to Waterloo station. Staff on the desk weren’t very informative. Not enough tea, coffee, sugar sachets in room also we booked for 3 people but only two cups. Plates at breakfast really needed to be hot for the cooked items as they went cold very quickly.

Concierge staff were amazing and helpful. The staff at the service desk not so much. We booked the terrace suite with balcony. We asked to have the key to open the balcony and they told us no, because we may hurt ourselves and only there for one night. (We have stayed in this room before and had no issue) the gentleman at the counter in the morning was apologetic and seemed to be j sure as to why we had been declined the full use of the room we had paid for. So we ended up with a room with the view of our balcony at an additional cost and unable to use. Disappointing. Also no soap in the handwashing was annoying, but I have hand sanitizer. Everything else was fine. And we have previously had lovely stays here.

The hotel itself is lovely. The staff are lovely to talk to. But they don't deliver on promises. The facilities have faults which appear to have been known about for some time but are not being repaired. 1. The pool and spa. One of the two ladders in the pool is taped off. The showers in the ladies changing room and the steam room/sauna are taped off and not working, so you cannot shower before entering the pool. We went into the steam room and there were small black insects on the seats. When we went to let the staff know there was nobody about in the spa reception. 2. The room. a) The shower temperature was variable. We ended up having two lukewarm showers. b) There was no milk and only two sachets of coffee. A minor issue, but seems again to be a repeating issue. 3. On leaving I raised these issues with the staff and was told that a manager would be in contact to discuss this and get further details. No contact has been made.

Clean modern hotel. 3 minute walk to the underground. Staff were welcoming and polite. Restaurant served excellent breakfast and evening meals. Our room was extremely comfortable. Only downside was the bar was extremely expensive for a small bottle of coke Would like to return in the future.

Overall the hotel has a nice location but our experience wasn’t pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms could definitely use some more cleaning. We were initially allotted a room on the 6th floor with a view but upon arrival we found out that we got rebooked to a room on the first floor no view which was very disappointing. Upon asking multiple times the staff gave us a room on the second floor with partial view. Housekeeping is very slow and neither the sauna or showers worked in the common area.
